Bet so big cause I wanted him to either fold or get it in. Just did not want him to flat .

Then he must have seen through you putting you on the test right now.
I put myself in these situations so often that I follow furo's line more. I raise smaller pre and check whether I miss or hit.
I would fold more often also in these kind of spots when opponent bets after me.
furo, after your check you get a bet from your opponent, what's your play ?
Here you fold against a TAG and raise Ai against a LAG ?

Re: 2.2R AKo from BB

betsizing is way too large preflop
i prefer sth like 3880 so pot is smaller and u can make a standard cont bet of in this case 55% or so .. as played your stacksize is akward .. if you have some stats/reads on him calling 3bets frequently i now like check and raise allin .. problem is that Aq is in his pf range when flatting your 3bet.
standard play is bet / fold as others wrote ... so not really sure what i do here but def bet less pre.

check/what furo?

SPR is 1.5 so I think b/c should be in the discussion.

@FURO - what do we do If we check and face a ~60% PSB.

@Pokergiant - Even I think AQ was the only hand he could have their, other than air, after he bet the flop.
