Just folding here and making our life easy. You're ahead of the shovers range, but have to worry about the initial raiser. Flat/fold sucks because in a $2.20 he's probably going to flat as well, or shove you off your hand. Just folding and not thinking much of it.

i'd want to flat if there wasn't a 3b and play with position. Now i'd fold since we can't 3bet and if we call he will sometimes 4b making us to fold (when already have 1/6th of our stack in) or he'll call just making the pot so big that our positional advantage won't be so important anymore.
