Hey,

Reads on villian is that they are loose aggro but they seem like a decent player , I've not seen them go down to showdown neither do i have much reads on how they play post flop , however i think I'm pretty sure they play fit or fold post.

was not sure if i should lead out otf? to protect our hand from overcards and f'ds but at the same time leading out and then getting raise OOP will be tough for hero , and we may fold the best hand to potential bluffs/semi bluffs by villian so i thought check calling was fine otf then lead out on most turn cards? which i think is a strong line....

when villian checks back OTF it sorta it gives away alot about their hand, most pocket pairs like 88-AA would be c-bet so i'd discount those hands from villians range , of course sometimes villian may check back a hand like middle/overpairto pot control and try to induce a bluff from me OTT but it's unlikely vs this oppoent that they would do this imo. maybe they may check back a7s , 78s or some sorta gut shot draw, but in postion i'd expect them to bet out here for most part.

when they lead out ott , i decided to call , the bet is pretty weak like quarter of the pot and i think im ahead here. as for the river it does not complete any flushes but does complete a low straight, only hand that beats me is likely to be AJ JQ KJo , J10o or a hand like 68s (unlikely),again i think villian would bet out a hand like AJ otr for value thin value , so i also prob discount TPTK. I decided to check because our has showdown value , and i think for most part we will only be getting called by better hands if i had bet otr , like any jx may call here, so i think check calling will be the most apporpriate line. If i had more reads i may decide to bet out otr if i think villian is capable of calling with very weak hands like 2ed pair or 3rd pair.

The way you played it is fine if you don't 3-bet pre.

yeah if we had 3bet pre , we're c-betting here a big percentage of the time espically on this flop.

"if" should be bolded, and underlined in italics.
