Wish we could rail some of these tournaments from outside NJ.
Understand you can't play from outside NJ, but why can't we view a table ??

....thinking that allowing people to rail can only help promote the site.....I know some of the other NJ sites (and Nevada) your able to......so wondering why Party would block this ??? Can this be changed ?

You can rail, I am right now. All you have to do is click on a person and you go to their table. You just can't rail cash games.

Regulatory requirements don't permit game play from outside NJ. However, you can view the tables if they are outside NJ and witness the action.

This seems to be true for tournament tables, but not cash.

Do I need to be signed up and logged in in order to watch the games? Do I need to be located inside NJ in order to create an account?

You can create an account from anywhere in US provided you are above 21 years in age, however you need to be logged in to watch the games.

why no chat unless you are on the specific table? I tried to chat with somone in the same tourney I was in and was not allowed to

...
