Yesterday there was a $100 Giveaway tournament posted in the tournament list. This was the first giveaway listed I have seen since joining in early June. I had earned 16 tickets and was not able to use them because no tournaments were posted. I tried to join this one and of course was not able to. I started an on-line chat help session. They said I needed a ticket. I told them that they had removed everybody's tickets. The help person said that from time-to-time the tickets expire. I told them the expiration date was 2020. They said yes, but from time-to-time they expire from their end. This is not expiring- it is taking away.

I watched to see if anybody signed up for the tournament. Nobody did. Nobody could. THEY TOOK ALL OF THE TICKETS.

So, is the plan now to run phantom tournaments so that they can fulfill their obligations without actually giving anything away?
