So right now on Party there are zero Omaha games going, at any stake.

At WSOP, there are 5.

That's not how it was two months ago. You guys had all (or most) of the Omaha action.

At present Cage is only available for withdrawals and would shortly be available for deposits as well. We will update the information on website and here when it is available.

Just tried to start play on Party and Borgata. Received a new popup on both.

What is the NEW T&C they are asking us to agree before playing today?

What is different from the original? To compare both would take a phalanx of attorneys. Simple explanation Party Rep?

Party Rep,

Your rake for heads up action is ridiculous. We are trying to get Omaha games started, but it impossible when you play heads up for a little while and both players' stacks are diminished meaningfully due to the rake. Please examine this and revise the policy on rake heads up.

Borgata having Log In Problems this afternoon. Log In screen is totally blank.

Party around the world having similar problems, too, according to the nice customer service rep from India. They will e-mail when the team finds the solution.

BTW there was a software update that was supposed to be the fix. Nope.

Going to try the Party side and see if it is the same.

Tried Party software, no problem. Not the same software??

Just saw a popup I haven't seen before, asking me to register my cell phone number so I could be located better, does this mean Borgata is going to start using cell phone location as a means of geolocation as well? That would be awesome for me.

When I click through and submit my phone number nothing happens, I haven't received the SMS to verify yet. I am on with Live Chat right now but they haven't been able to help yet and I can't stay on much longer. Just curious if this is 100% live yet.

The number of tickets you have can be viewed depending on the type of the ticket.
If the ticket has a buy-in value (except Step entries & entries bought from store) additional tickets would be converted to T$ and the available ticket can be seen in the lobby.

We are aware of the issue where a blank screen was being shown on the poker login page. This has now been corrected. Request you to try logging-in and you should be able to do so successfully. If you face any re-occurrence of the issue, please contact customer care.

So there was an update tonight, and I thought maybe they were addressing some of our concerns that have existed from day 1, such as the lobby or showing cards in an "all in" situation.

To view the HH's it is best to check the chatbox with Summary to reduce the clutter.Is there a way to make this my default setting so I don't have to re-check every table after I log out then log back in.It keeps going back to the full dealer info every time and is really annoying to do....Ths to anyone who can help.

I have a big problem with my software. I'm using the borgata client. I don't know if its a virus or a trojan or if it could be on the the server side...but when I open the software it has a splash screen that says "rohebwebsite aoyway?" and the software says "rohebwebsite" where my screen name normally displays. Has anyone had issues like this or would they know what this is?

As anyone who has multiple tournament tickets knows there is no simple way to find out exactly how many of each ticket one has. For example in "my overview" I see 16 tickets. In tournament tickets I see 13 different types of tickets. Many of these are grayed out, as there are no currently registering tournaments for that ticket. Some of these are for tournaments that are permanently not available, some are scheduled but not registering. For these there is no way to find out how many of each one has. For tournament registering, you need to attempt to register before you are shown how many tickets you currently possess. Party Rep's suggestion is to contact support. Well I am now in day 3 of my last request for an itemized ticket inventory each day my request is restated to me without being answered. It's like my questions are translated into Klingon answered in Klingon and then translated back to English. Party you are going to lose customers in the translation unless you fix this in your software or hire support that doesn't rely on translation programs.

The last selected dealer chat option is expected to become your default setting while viewing the chat content for any new tables or on subsequent log-ins. Kindly contact customer care if the chat function is changing to a different status on subsequent log-ins.

We had faced an issue where few Borgata players upon logging in were being displayed symbols instead of words and dates. This has now been corrected, request you to try logging-in now. Thank you for informing us.

As you rightly mentioned:
Active Tickets are Tickets for which target tourneys are registering and for Inactive tickets the target Tournaments are not currently registering.

Contacting customer care helps as they can check the status of the tourneys for all the tickets.

We understand that you want an itemized ticket inventory.Can you please DM e-mail address registered on your account as that would help us pull up your account and mail you the detailed list.
