There are so many things I LIKE about the site...the missions, bonuses, tournaments, multi-table console. BUT...

It seems so buggy. My lobby freezes, 5 second lags, often I need to restart in the the middle of a tournament. I seem to be not alone in all of this. Any help available?

I finally got logged in and able to play in the last few days. I like the site so far, but do experience freezing and lag. Seems my CPU usage goes way up for no reason at all and I can see the action but it never returns control to me to allow me to act and I get timed out. This has happened several times, not sure if anyone else is experiencing?

Also, I joined Partypoker during the test period in November due to an email the Borgata sent me. Little did I know that Borgata would soon launch its own version a little while later. What's up with that marketing? Why did Borgata have me join Party instead of Borgatapoker???

I would like my account moved to Borgatapoker please, as I am a black label card holder there and would appreciate the comp dollar conversion feature. Please PM me who I need to ask about this. I already sent an email to Borgata support, and they blew me off.

what is the max amount of tables you can play at once?

Few quesitons i want to ask. Im in canada and play on stars/tilt and from NYC and might head to Borgata so i could play some live cash game but also play online.


1. Would i be able to open an acct online when playing using borgata wifi? I read ppl mention about the hotel wifi but couldnt you play at the borgata cafeteria or anywhere around the casion where you can get a seat? I mean... couldn't you use one of those tables at borgata cash games assuming they are empty?


2. How do i deposit/withdraw? I assume bank of america debit/credit card or the echeck method works? I used echeck to deposit on stars back then with bank of america with no problem.


3. When do you send in the id to verify yourself? When you open an acct or when you request a cashout?


4. Can you deposit/cashout at the cage or is it check or echeck only?


5. Anyone used skrill for deposit/withdraw? If so is it very easy to verify? I use skrill in canada and no longer is it allowed for gambling transactions here soon.

Is there anyway to ban the casino and just have poker? I have no problem not playing the casino, but I'm always worried that someone will gain access to my accounts and just lose everything in the casino before I could act on it.

You can multi-table on maximum 18 Real Money tables & 4 Play Money tables.
Please note that Fast Forwards comprise of 4 cash games tables.

1. You should be able to open an account and play using the Borgata Wi-Fi provided you are able to pick up minimum 2 strong available WiFi networks in addition to your Wi-Fi.
The permissible playing areas in the Borgata B&M casino are up to their management’s discretion. A call to the Casino’s number listed on their website would help clarify this part.

2. Deposits: We accept Visa/Master cards however Bank of America credit/debit card transaction would not be successful as few banks do not allow online gaming transaction. You can continue to use the e-check option using the Bank of America account. The options are called INSTANTECHECKS & iGMPAY.In addition you can also use it through Online Banking which is another option using Bank accounts.

3.The verification is done online and if it fails we request customers to upload relevant documents.

4. Cage is a cashout option only and hence can’t be used for deposits. Echecks can be used for both deposit and cashouts.

We have made available options where players can exclude products on which they do not intend to play. It is named Service Closure.

Steps for service closure of Casino:

Click on Account > My details > Service Closure > Edit > Select ‘Close’ next to Casino and choose the time period and reason for account closure.

It is not possible for someone to access your account unless you have shared your account name and password with them.
The DGE regulations do not allow passwords to be stored despite checking "Remember Me" in the lobby login section. Checking this only enables the account name to be stored.

General question: Both of my accounts (Party and Borgata.com) have been approved with no restrictions since day one. My question is...how long does a withdrawal take from Borgata's cash cage once a request is initiated? (I would be withdrawing from BorgataPoker.com "sister" side...)

There are two options that operate based on e-checks or ACH: INSTANECHECKS & iGM-PAY. Both have the same limits for deposits and cash-outs.
The minimum deposit amount is $10 and maximum amount is subject to 3rd party limits that may apply.

Withdrawals:
Minimum is $10/ Maximum can be upto $100K
However, the withdrawals are subject to internal rules at our websites and require that you have a previous successful deposit using the same option in the last 180 days.

What can we do with step 6 tickets? I believe 0 ran. They are pretty much useless now until September. Can we get tourney dollars? Cash? Something?

I deposited $600 yesterday assuming that that would make me eligible for the First Deposit Bonus. How can I check if I'm getting the bonus? Thanks.

Edit: My god I didn't realize how hard the bonus is going to be to complete. Was off by a factor of 10.

All withdrawals are subject to internal approval which takes a maximum of 3 days. Cage withdrawals are available to be collected from Borgata Cage within 15 mins after internal approval. An e-mail notification would be sent to you containing the voucher ID & details to claim it.
You are required to produce the following at Cage to claim the withdrawal:
- a copy of the e-mail notification containing the Voucher ID or you can show the mail on your smart phone and
- a valid ID & verbally confirm the last 4 digits of the SSN.
Please note that Cage withdrawals if not claimed within 7days from the date of e-mail notification would be cancelled and reverted into your account.

The bonus of $600 has now been issued in your account. It is divided into 10 slabs of $60 each. To release each slab of $60 you would be required to earn 1200 iReward points. You have 45 days to complete the restrictions (till 20th March 2014).

You have earned 233.8 iReward points after making the deposit hence please contact customer care when you have earned additional 966.2 iReward points and we would release the first slab into your account.

You can view the bonus details in: Login to your account> Select Rewards> Select Bonus> Select Active Bonus (to check the progress)

It's weird, I have great connection on party poker all day, everyday, except approx 11:35pm everynight. My connection says I'm not in nj, and I have to log out, and log back in. What do you do to your servers at 11:35 every single night?

I just got an email about the WINTERSTORM reload bonus of 100% up to $300. I still have my previous first deposit bonus of $600 that I have not cleared yet. If I were to reload using the WINTERSTORM bonus, would I be able to get a reload bonus for both deposits? Or would I be able to choose which reload bonus to redeem first?

If you have Comcast as a IP provider, they change their addresses once a day at about that time as per their policies to provide additional security.

Went through that exercise when Party accused the carrier of changing more often than that. Was having problems at 8:30, 9:30 and 11:30. Still no solution.

Don't you love it when you are playing close to the vest near the bubble and you get bumped on an MTT? My tally is up to 6.
