What does the Party Rep have anything to do with Bovada? Or maybe you meant Borgata? Can you try calling support? I think the best time maybe around 3-4am. Not going to lie, majority of the day the support will never get around to your phone call.

The phone number is listed on their website. It is not listed on the windows version either.

Just finished top 3 in the 3 ticket guaranteed #1 Borgata WPO satty, how do I redeem the ticket? I also have puchased 3 sets of $5 comp dollars in the iRewards shop (this was 3 weeks ago) Where do I claim those? No email back from the support yet.

guys give them a break..the party people and their reps are too busy restoring the shore to answer all your questions. maybe after they finish restoring the shore they will try restoring their customer service. That might be too nice tho, since they never had any customer service to begin with.

I have a friend who let's say is very well tuned into the online gambling scene in the US, and he told me that PokerStars believes that they will be in NJ within the year. If that's true, Party better get its act together pronto and address some of these issues we've raised or their position as the leader in the market will evaporate overnight.

So I just tried to tile the tables I was at and it caused two of them to close and only show up in the bottom toolbar. I cant open them or close them.

Theres no one else at one of them and a full table at the other. Because I cant open them or close them I also can not close the client. Happen to anyone else?

I assume I will just be removed from the tables eventually but this is so ridiculous to just have buy ins tied up in limbo sitting out at tables I cant close bc party (im on Borgata but same crap) cant get their software to even be remotely acceptable.

If niss is correct everyone will loose market share to stars overnight no matter what they do, stars does things right and always will.

** Idk how that can be though since they just got the 2 year ban hammer. I assume anything is possible though if they come to some sort of arrangement with Isai or money

The Location checks are becoming more reliable. It is a regulatory requirement by DGE stating that a Wi-Fi in addition to an IP (leading to NJ) are sufficient to validate a user’s location.

I've had issues with player notes saving. I see the little notepad next to their names but the text is gone. I am also making sure I press save so not sure what the problem is

Thanks for responding. (b) is not accurate. I know we can see cards after showdown. What we are asking is for hole cards to be exposed as soon as there is an appropriate "all-in" situation, i.e., there is no possibility of further betting, so as to see the hole cards as the remainder of the hand is dealt, and so one can, for example, root for or against cards, and/or know immediately whether he has or has not won the hand. This is standard at most other sites.

As for (a), I am not sure what regulatory restrictions you guys could be concerned with, since the other sites I think ALL have the kind of lobby most of us would prefer, but I appreciate getting any kind of word that you are looking into the issue.

I sent you a DM last week with no response asking if you would kindly return to this thread to answer questions about the geo-location issues in NJ. I searched your past posts, and yes you were absent for a few weeks due to the holidays, but even still, you have yet to address any geo-location issues in your recent posts, even though there are several posts by players who are having trouble with this very important issue. I would like to know why you are not responding to this issue, but more importantly I would like some answers as a customer of your site.
