Here's the situation. I have a few withdrawals in process. They are all in process. Can't I just use the voucher ID's from the transaction history and go to the cage at Borgata or do I have to wait for the E-mail saying it is done?

The comments say my transactions are available at Borgata, but are still in process. Just want to know if I have to wait for the process to be done or can I just go to Borgata and redeem my vouchers.
I live relatively close to Borgata and it wouldn't be a problem.

I really do not understand why Party Poker does not have better software. After all this time I would have expected it to be very good. Figures that the software froze on me tonight.

It is still happening, I submitted a ticket to support as well and haven't heard back. I login and it kicks me right out and i need to login again (which doesnt work)

i reset my password now its working again but its still taking me to the verification screen when i click deposit but support said i have been verified... really not getting this whole thing and why its so difficult

really dumb question but the vip program is by the month right? not a month from the day that you played your first hand?

happened again today i log in and it kicks me out. It worked yesterday briefly after i reset my password. Have submitted support tickets as well as a PM here.

it is also not a software issue because its happening in the browser as well

Tried calling. about an hour wait no answer, gave up.

Just a repetitive answering machine saying there is a high volume of calls and their reps are busy helping other people out

Wow, maybe trying to join Party Poker NJ is a bad choice. Now that I'm seeing how many people are having issues with CS, connections, and Geo issues, I may just go elsewhere.

Unless they iron some of these issues out, and add another verification system other than WiFi, I will most likely never open the PP client.

The Geo location is all done by one company across all sites at the moment. Customer Service does get an F by me though.

Hello PartyPoker rep-Seriously, the software system is a jury rigged series of plug ins. VERY clunky. The support is barely functional. Apologies are no longer acceptable. Phones aren't answered in a reasonable time frame. Email inquiries do get answered but the problem that caused the initial email is rarely fixed.


I've been trying to reset my password for 34 days without success.
I didn't write down the initial password. (my fault here)

The functuality of the reset password software is 0.

Please-no bull****-no apologies-no excuses-just fix the damn software!

Take it all down and fix it.

It's awesome that we are more than a month into this and we can't even get a response on whether they will fix the software to show hole cards on all-in situations.

lol support is such a joke. i send an email the 24th asking for some hand histories (PT4 missed a few) and just get a reply a few hours ago....saying that they're working on it.

this is insane.

The loyalty program is calculated on a calendar month basis.

Party Rep: I submitted a withdrawal request as well for pickup at Bovada, but have not gotten the email with voucher ID after numerous requests. Please advise
