Re: Welcome & FAQ

Quick one for now. When all players in the hand are all in, cards should be face up. I did not see that happening. Would like this to be addressed as long as others can corroborate. Oh, yeah, plenty of software freezing for me.

Re: Welcome & FAQ

Anyone know how to see other players cards after they muck the loser on the river?

Should be in hand history, but that part of the software needs much work. I agree those cards should be exposed when appropriate. Workaround might be checking your tracking software after the hand is written. Not a fun process especially if you are eventually going to be playing a lot of tables.

Yes, definitely, this should be fixed. Also not showing hands at showdown. I shouldn't have to fish through the hand history to find out what my opponent folded.

Re: Welcome & FAQ

Hi, I've been trying to register since last week and I keep getting the same error message.

There is a technical issue with the registration pages' display, please close this page and try again by clicking on the "Create new account" button.
Thank you for your patience.
I'm located in NY, would this prevent me from registering?

Re: Welcome & FAQ

Why do you require a utility bill for address registration? That is a little ridiculous considering that some people do not have the bills that you ask for. I can see if you could use alternatives from the sewer, gas, and electric bills but your site does not seem to budge. Yet I see some people able to verify using things like bank accounts but others cannot. I think there needs to be some consistency here.

+1 i am done trying to get verified it is beyond ridiculous. i offered scanned drivers license, passport, bank statements, and just regular mail. like really Borgata already has me registered in their system for the live games. i have a player card and i get mail sent to my address all the time for promos. i personally dont pay for utility bills a where i live

They told me it has to be sewer, gas, or electric. This is the inconsistency that the customer service displays. If that is acceptable they need to say so.

Re: Welcome & FAQ

Thank you for your posts, we are here and we are listening.

Below are responses to a few common questions.

Re: is this thread for nj.partypoker.com or Borgata?
This thread is for nj.partypoker.com, if you would like to contact the Borgata you can reach them at support@borgatapoker.com.

Re: Geo Location issues.
Geo location and verification clearly are a main concern for us and we continue to work hard behind the scenes to make improvements. Please remember to regularly check FAQ’s which we are updating over time as the situation improves.

Re: Buggy Lobby.
We are constantly looking to improve performance and optimize your ability to use the features you like. If you have any specific issues please contact support with the following info:
• Your screen/account name.
• The date and time the last issue occurred.
• The number of tables and tournament lobbies which were open / being played at the time.
• The time elapsed since you started playing (session time).
• Details of any third party tools you were using at the time.
• What other programs you were running at this time.

You can reach our team at support.nj@partypoker.com

Re: Lobby view petition.
We are reviewing the situation and requirements with the DGE in terms of any regulatory restrictions. We will provide you with an update as soon as we have more information on this topic.

Thank you for your continued patience and your feedback.

And a reminder that the best way to reach us is at support.nj@partypoker.com

See you at the tables,

Marc B

+ One Mirrion

I hate waiting for the river just to see if I got it in ahead. When you lose an all in PF it's almost like a sick slowroll.

Re: Welcome & FAQ

I was able to Log In and deposit when I signed on around 3PM.

I played for one hour.

When trying to sign on a few hours later I am unable to Log In. It says my password and account name are being entered incorrectly.

When trying to reset my password is says my "account blocked"

Anyone else experiencing this?

I have been on hold with the customer support , and in queue on the live chat for about 2 hours

I am wondering the same thing. Using Holdem Manager 1 - I can import the HH but can't get the HUD to display.

Re: Welcome & FAQ

Can you at least explain the need for a utility bill? I mean don't you actually only need to be in the state to play? Why is it that some people can use phone bills and then support tells me I need gas, sewer, or electric?

idk if its relevant but I had to send in a document (verizon bill pdf) and got an email the next day saying thank you documents verified. When I opened the lobby, under cashier it still showed that I needed to verify them and said i had 1 less try left. I emailed support and 3 days later it was finally changed to be accepted.

Re: Welcome & FAQ

Like a lot of people in NJ, my utilities are all included in my rent. After a lot of back and forth waiting days for responses, they want a signed copy of my lease no older than 3 months. So anyone experiencing issues with the specific utility bill thing... there's another option for you.

Re: Welcome & FAQ

Signed up, says I have to be in NJ to play (I am). Live chat is instant. They tell me to submit a statement showing my address. I do so. A few hours later, they send me an email telling me they have verified my account and I am good to go. I log back in. I get the same "you have to be in NJ to play" message. I open up live support. It says my wait time is ~332 minutes. I just left it up and running in the background. After a few hours, it says I've been disconnected. Today, I bring up live chat again. It says I'm 16th in the queue and it will take ~80 minutes. I leave it running. About 6 hours later, it's been on 0 minutes remaining. My queue position slowly got down to 5 and then was stuck on 5 for hours. It then went to 4. 2 more hours and down to 3. I'm guessing #5/#4 just gave up or got disconnected like I did. I don't think there is even anybody on the other end answering questions. This process has been beyond frustrating. I'm close to boycotting party completely and just refusing to bring my action there.

Oh, there has also been no response to my emails. Good way to start things off. You guys seem very well prepared.
