This is great advice.
However, this also makes me feel sad and disgusted. Why should running another completely separate application be necessary to prove what PartyPoker should be able to see on their servers? That is absurd and ridiculous. We already have to put up with software from 2007 that is way more memory intensive than it should be. Not everybody even has the computing power to run these apps at the same time, along with other things that they have to use for their work or home lives.
Is this what we can expect from regulated markets? That the user must present a mountain of evidence whenever the site operator has an obvious problem that has been validated by multiple complaints?
This is simply unacceptable.
