so the monday night njcop 2$ rebuy 2 50$ ticket guaranteed just went over an hour 5 minutes plus while still allowing rebuys and not triggering an add on. at that point players went absolutely nuts when they realized it - turned the game into the wild west.

SUCH A JOKE- they werent close to covering their guarantee so i guess they decided to postpone the add on session and keep allowing rebuys - turning a blind eye in the process.

its insane what goes on in this company

glitches happen once in a while but when cs denies its even a glitch there is an issue or perhaps something really shady going on they're getting away with

I usually record my sessions with Camtaisa or take screen shots so I can then show management and customer service the issues. I have had a lot of my issues resolved in a timely manner by doing this. Unless you go to this extreme they will deny deny deny.

yeah i have the screenshot. CS always denies and doesnt take any action even when send the proof its usually just many emails back and forth with excuse after excuse after excuse from them.

nice to hear you got resolution from your issues. guess i dont deposit enough for them to be caoncerned if they piss me off enough to lose my business

Ask to speak to management. Keep escalating and don't stop until you are satisfied. It has nothing to do with deposit amount. I hardly ever deposit.

This is great advice.

However, this also makes me feel sad and disgusted. Why should running another completely separate application be necessary to prove what PartyPoker should be able to see on their servers? That is absurd and ridiculous. We already have to put up with software from 2007 that is way more memory intensive than it should be. Not everybody even has the computing power to run these apps at the same time, along with other things that they have to use for their work or home lives.

Is this what we can expect from regulated markets? That the user must present a mountain of evidence whenever the site operator has an obvious problem that has been validated by multiple complaints?

This is simply unacceptable.
