I am curious if PartyPoker has thought about or announced what their plans are.

Is the company planning on working on the software from the current code base, or moving to an entirely different platform given possible M&A plans?

Basically I am asking if it's worth it at all to continue to suggest improvements to the current software, or point out problems we encounter.

If our comments are still welcome, I would like the company to seriously consider changing their note-taking policy.

If I am eliminated or if a player has their table changed, I can not take notes on that person. The same may apply for geolocation. I can understand the arguments for not letting people gripe in the chat box, but I should be allowed to take notes on the players even if I or they are no longer at the table.

We have no plans to change our software - we will continue to use the same software for all partypoker users - any M&A plans will not change this

Please do continue to suggest improvements etc

I started playing at Party Poker back in 2004 and haven't done anything there since they left the U.S. market. I decided to download the play money version today and was shocked at how bad the software is now. The user experience is just awful compared to what it was back in the day.

Suggestions:

1. Add $200 and $500 HUPLO SNGs (there are these for NLHE, but not PLO)
2. Add turbo SNGs in addition to the hyper turbos. Make the hypers 3 minute levels instead of 2 minutes.
3. Give a slight break on rake as the buy in of the SNG increases. This has been standard throughout the history of online poker. Right now it is 4% at $10 and 4% at $500.
4. FIX GEOLOCATION BUG

5. Automatically unregister from SNGs when logged out (lost $ when my internet went out for hours and was unable to unregister)
6. Change the max table count to exclude SNG/MTT (I've been blinded out of HUSNG because the table never popped up because I had too many other tables)
7. Add regular speed HUSNG at NL and PLO in addition to the current hypers and the already suggested turbos.

I don't understand why there is such a big difference in the stakes of big bet games offered. NLHE has 25/50, while PLO has just 5/10 (a factor of 5 difference). I would love to see 10/20 PLO tables introduced.
