Hi,

Has anyone else had an issue with their client just unexpectedly quitting? I'll be sitting at tables playing and suddenly it just closes and I have to restart it which often causes me to lose action.

Is this a software issue or could my PC be doing this?

It's been happening to everyone for many months, it only happens once per day usually. The software will be retired in the next 6-12 months so they will never get around to fixing it before then.

Ok thanks! Just to clarify, by retired do you mean there will be an upgrade of some sort, or that party/borgata won't be around bc of these issues?

Party is for sale and either buyer would likely retire the software.

happens to a lot of people. They have shown me over the course of 25+ emails and 10 months that they just don't care.
