Party Poker blocked my account for no reason!!! Party Poker blocked my account for no reason!!!

So last week after an unbelievably good and then unbelievably bad run I had 2 huge account balance swings. The next day party poker customer service asks me for a photo of me holding my id and put a hold on my account. I emailed them back asking them why they needed this. Their response was basically, "for security reason". I didn't think much of it so I submitted what they had requested. I have emailed them multiple times since then as my account still remained blocked. Today I attempted to log in and it says my account is now blocked! Has anyone had this random account block happen to them before?

I have an update. I just got home from work and noticed that I have received a ridiculous email. Here it is:
Dear Angeles,

I would like to inform you that your account is permanently closed for Money Dumping which is violation of our Terms and Conditions.

Please note that we have tried to reach you on 1-2012943286 multiple time but you were not available.

Thank you for your patience and please excuse us for any inconvenience caused.

In case you have further questions, we will be more than happy to assist you. We are available 24/7.

I naturally had to respond immediately after reading this so here was my response:
I have just been made aware(via your email) that my account has been closed for "Money Dumping". I do not know what this means. I would like to request that my account be reopened along with my balance and loyalty points. This is simply unacceptable. I do not know why any of this is happening and I would like an explanation.


Has anyone experienced a situation like this before??? I have been playing recreationally on party for about a year now and I am completely baffled. Any advice would be much appreciated.

I am available M-F 7:30pm-1am and 9am-midnight on the weekends. I am anxious to get this matter resolved and am more than happy to provide any information via email as well.

basically sounds like you donked off large amounts to the same player on different occasions. prob with calls party figured "nobody would be that stupid to make repeatedly much less to the same person"

they basically view it as you lost on purpose to specific players to transfer money

I did lose a decent sum in a small timeframe and then eventually lost my whole bankrol. Trying to make a big score and then chasing my money. It's been almost two weeks now I've been locked out of my account. I really can't believe this situation, I think I'll email customer service right now and hopefully get an update by tomorrow.
