i came across this today...

http://www.flushdraw.net/news/8952/

that link came from reading this article

http://www.onlinepokerreport.com/198...at-new-jersey/

which mentioned borgata poker switching from using bwins/party poker platform in a few months to using pala's poker platform.

another interesting tidbit from the article...

" Fortunately, in early February, New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) Director David Rebuck gave GVC an operational waiver which allowed bwin.party to continue serving as the Borgata’s online gaming operator despite its parent company not being licensed. The caveat to the waiver is that bwin.party employees in New Jersey are not allowed to have contact with GVC while GVC does not have a license."

doesnt seem to me like they have many nj employees to begin with.

Hi,

There is no change to our relationship with Borgata. We are in the process of applying for a New Jersey licence and remain focused on securing all the necessary permissions to continue to provide our market-leading online poker and casino offer.

Thanks,

Dave
