I have a bunch of tickets to these steps SNGs, but there's never anybody playing them. Not even on weekends.

Can you do something to "step" up the action or at least let me use them to enter regular cash SNGs?

shame, i dont have any tickets i asked because they say send me a pm. meaning they want to do it selectively if at all. which isnt right. they shouldnt have started the series if they never were going to offer the wpt package.

Well, I logged in over the weekend and noticed that all of my tickets are gone. I guess they found a solution by simply eliminating the promotion. Trouble is, there was never any traffic so nobody could use their tickets to complete the promotion.

For the record, I had $118 worth of tickets that simply disappeared overnight.

Is this legal?

I wanted to provide everyone with an update. We have begun to credit T$ from WPT Steps tickets and you should receive an email notifying you of the conversion, if you had unused tickets, over the next 10 business days.

The conversions are being done in batches so you will receive multiple credits to your account during this process. No worries though, all of the tickets will be converted by the end.

i got my 1$ steps tickets converted i believe last wed or thurs. as of yet i have not gotten any of my 5$ or 20$ steps tickets converted yet

The remainder of the WPT tickets, $5 and up are scheduled to be converted tomorrow and Wednesday. Keep an eye out for a confirmation email from support regarding the credit.
