My Withdrawal Is Still "IN PROCESS" My Withdrawal Is Still "IN PROCESS"

12 hours after I entered it! PP support says "there was an error". UGh... is this common on this site?
02-22-2015 , 02:47 PM
never has happened to me before. then again i verified all my info even before my first withdrawal. I sent them all required documentation.
02-22-2015 , 04:10 PM
Im verified, made withdrawals before.. but this one is over $1000... and I feel like they are delaying it. Making me re-think playing here.
02-22-2015 , 06:45 PM
I made one withdrawal that didn't go through because of an error and they had to resubmit it for me. It was to my prepaid card and a few hours after the resubmit it was there. Another withdrawal I made which was bigger than usual was held up for like 2-3 days for "review." They wouldn't say the reason but I suspect they were looking for anything shady they could find to avoid paying me. This larger withdrawal was me cashing out ~$2k after clearing the $1000 new player bonus. I've made dozens of small withdrawals without any problems.

yea, i will be splitting them up for now on.

Do you use the party poker prepaid discover card? I have been trying to get information on how well of a withdrawal method this is. How fast from time of request for withdrawal until money usually hits the card. Thanks.
02-23-2015 , 09:56 AM
Yes. I use the prepaid discover card.

Its been a whole day and support wont even write me back. Way to go!

I guess I will take my PALLADIUM ELITE account and play somewhere else!

Support takes forever no matter the issue sir. Its insane. I would try calling instead.

Yea I know... they say that they are "working on it". It's OK, I am taking my business elsewhere if they funds are not actually IN my prepaid account in 24 hours from now.

I doubt they want to lose one of their biggest players. Pokerstars cant come soon enough!

Update?
02-24-2015 , 09:05 PM
I closed my account. reversed some bank charges... i made it even out myself! lol. what a joke. goodbye for good PP!
02-24-2015 , 11:59 PM
Chargebacks are a major overreaction. I would try and undo those if you can. I know waiting sucks, but they were definitely going to give you your money unless you cheated in some way. And btw, chargebacks can get you blacklisted by other sites if Party shares this info with other companies.
02-25-2015 , 10:21 AM
yea, i wasnt gonna do it, but 4 days is long enough, i dont trust some poker site to get me my money.

if they werent going to straighten things out, then I would!

Oh and as far as other poker sites.. trust me.. if they want your money, there will be a way to deposit... maybe not through the bank system, but through a pre-paid or something.

alewgro, you just committed fraud and pretty much documented it in this thread.
02-26-2015 , 03:19 PM
This guy withdrew on saturday, and started having a tantrum on monday (not even a full business day later) .

Not surprised he would be stupid enough to chargeback a couple days later.

Wed all like to be able to cashout out instantly, and party is def the worst and acts like they dont give a F. But no need to act like a ******.

To our players on the partypoker network:

partypoker is committed to ensuring the safest and most secure gaming experience in New Jersey. While we cannot comment on a specific case for confidentiality reasons, we would still like to address this topic up front.

A player ‘charging back’ or putting a stop payment on a transaction is declaring to the financial institution that, a) he or she did not authorize that payment, b) the merchant made an error in processing it, or c) goods/services were not received for the submitted payment.

All charge-backs and stop payments are carefully scrutinized by our Security Team. Customers who charge-back payments that were authorized by them are committing financial fraud.
We take these situations very seriously and are obliged to report such cases to the NJ State Police and other relevant authorities.

In the event of such fraud, we have the right to recover all funds held through these accounts through our Collections Team.
We wish to advise all customers against seeking to charge-back or stopping payments that were made genuinely by a player, unless there are legitimate reasons for doing so (such as theft of a credit or debit card).

The standard processing timeframe for withdrawals that has been established by the regulator in New Jersey is 72 hours and on average, withdrawals from partypoker are processed in less than 24 hours. In some instances, we do require the full 72 hour time frame in order to exercise appropriate due diligence in order to safeguard the security and probity of all transactions.

We want to ensure that all of our players are fully aware of the aforementioned ramifications of charging back and we also want to assure every player that we are always available 24/7 to assist with any queries.

Thanks

Colette

In my experience its 3 business days, not 72 hours.

I even requested a cashout once at 12:30 am on a sunday night/monday morning. After a day or 2 I emailed support, they told me bc it was made after midnight, it would not be processed until Thursday.

For the first 10 or so months Party was excellent. Cage cashouts never took longer than 3 or 4 hours. And neteller cashouts were often approved instantly, sometimes within an hour, and available in my neteller account exactly at 9 am next day.

Now they all take days, just sitting in my account hoping I reverse them.

I thought it didnt matter business day or not, I have had withdrawals process and clear on Sundays!

Anyway, I am clearing it up, obviously my intention was not to FRAUD anyone. I really worried this money might not get to me any time soon.

Eventually the VIP team did get in touch with me, and I am working it out with support.

If i jumped the gun, my apologies.

Anyone have any details on the party poker prepaid card? I transferred money from my bank account to the card 11 days ago, the money came out of my bank account 8 days ago and still hasn't hit the card. Is this a joke?

This is a serious issue. You should def call support, the credit card company (discover prepaid), and figure out what's going on. Usually Party Poker is very good with deposits and withdrawals. Please keep in touch.

Colette,
I hope you are able to help me. I used to have an account name azar2387 with the nj party poker site. On a business trip i logged in to check my funds. i was thrn kicked off the site....a few weeks later i tried logging on and i learned my account was closed. After speaking with the rep they told me my account was closed and my funds would be sent to me. I then reopened another account (azarm2387) assuming that would be ok....i was able to play with the funds that were given to me as part of a signup but as soon as i tried to deposit any money into my account it would not go through. They are now closing that account based on my other account. Is it fair that i receive a life time ban because of one mistake i made? I feel like they are treating me like a criminal for a mistake....i didnt try to defraud or steal from them...i simply logged in out of state which i now know was wrong. Ive waited years for nj to legalize poker and now im banned from the best site in the state for unknowingly making a mistake. I just want a second chance to play from the comfort of my own home. I have offerred to provide my license and proof of address but they are just shutting me down as if im not a human being. I was one of the biggest supporters in legalizing online poker as i want to go pro eventually. Can someone help me?

theres gotta be more to it then that.

geolocation should've kept u from playing out of state. the major no no is if you play the site outta state somehow. i cant c them banning you for simply an out of state log in without trying to play any games.

Collette even said it was 72 hours, seems like business days has nothing to do with it.

I have had good success sometimes and other times it just sits there and then never gets processed. I think it's because of whoever it was assigned to internally.

If it sits there more than a day, I reverse it and then put in another request. It seems to work.

I think where the problem lies is that i logged in from my work laptop during the work day just cause i wanted to browse the site and see what action was going on.... I am in IT and i have all types of software running in my background....its the only reason i could think of. I never told them that because think about how bad it sounds. Like oh yeah how convenient you had software running in the background. I never tried play, i didn't even try as i was kicked off as soon as i logged in....

is this a life time ban? i made one mistake....i wasn't trying to cheat or collude or nothing...just obsessed with poker...its a passion of mine.
