I've tried everything and looked up as much info as I could find about Mac users in NJ. First I will say that it was like finding a needle in a haystack just to find information on how to install the "plugin" mentioned in one of the threads. There is no information to troubleshoot this problem on the main site. It is way too basic. No mention of security settings for your router or anything because for all I know that could be the problem. I see a lot of people saying they could not get in but then the thread went dry, at least the one I located after tedious searching.

After sending an email I got a response with numerous things to try which all of them but one I could rule out. The last one was...

In your privacy policy? That is way lazy. You need a page dedicated to that plugin information because that is not working.

I want to see it succeed just like other poker players do but please just work on the basics first and get it to where people are able to get the right information without tedious off site searches and able to verify locations. All the other bells and whistles should come prior to that imo.

HUH? ok....where do you find this plug-in to install?? I'm looking on their website now and don't see anything. funny thing is I am able to log on and play on WSOP but not get recognized by borgatapoker or partypoker?!?!?

Any assistance or incite is appreciated. And im not on a Mac...
