unable to log in. main client opens but the smaller log in screen shows a garbled error message.

contacted customer support, told me to uninstall and it should work.

I reinstalled and same problem happening

windows ten. never a problem until today.

I have the same issue. I tried logging in from Borgata hotel and the page loads fine but the pop up does not load when you try at home with my desktop or tablet. you can only log in via phone.

no i use xfinity, and still having the issue

I can log in from my mobile but not from windows laptop
