Huge Geolocation issues during tonights NJCOP. Main Event falling way short of guarantee too.

The system needs to change. If you are not in a moving vehicle, you should not have to have Geolocation re-verify you every 10 seconds.

+1 this is where I get upset with Party Poker customer service claiming the issue is on our end and not theres. No NO NO. If the problem is happening to more than 10 players it on your end!

I had geolocation issues atleast 8 times yesterday all of varying length. One time at a huge final table. Straight up cost me money.

This is unacceptable. Jermz is one of the top players on this site. If he can't get relief from PartyPoker customer service, nobody can.

Does PartyPoker want each of us to submit a DGE complaint for every instance like this where we have geolocation issues and it costs us real $?

Thanks man. It definitely cost me money all the disconnects. I was disconnected for quite awhile at a final table actually. I got back as the short stack and had to shove pretty light.

Theres lots of players who pay more in rake who get nothing from Party support, not that it matters who is who, customer support should be equal for everyone.

Party, however, has shown time and time again that they do not care about their players and will deflect at all costs. Its not surprising alot of events didnt hit the guarantees.

Colette is just about the only one there who at least seems to try, upper management is a complete joke.

+1, i personally don't even believe the player's choice events were our choices and more like they picked profitable events. I could be wrong.

Hi all

I am looking into these complaints now - apologies for the delay in my response. I have been out of office

I am not CS and I am not in the US

Thanks,

Colette
