Why are there such limited options on the ipad app? Can't play sit n go's, tournaments, or Omaha games.

So the app is pretty much useless for me

Search for partypoker or partypoker nj. The app is available for IPhone too.

I thought the 888 and WSOP apps were bad, but this one is the worst by far...there isn't even a chat box at the table

I thought the wsop app was good, 888 ok, but pp is the worst by far. Played 4 hands and left. Don't plan on coming back. Not sure why they wouldn't include tourneys. Makes no sense.

Why do you think even wsop and 888 are bad?

Haven't tried the 888 app yet. I assume it's the same as the wsop?? What is the name for it in the App Store?

With PP app it loads very quickly. The geolocation is a breeze and doesn't take too long. And the software for it is pretty decent.

The wsop app takes for ever to load just the log in screen. Location takes forever to verify. I do how ever like the software better. But I can be in the same place on my phone and iPad and wsop takes for ever and I get booted more often.

I also don't play tourneys so I don't mind not having them....

I also like the app, good for cash games and no location issues.

Anyone know how the app decides to muck or not?

Just search 888 in the App Store. It's almost exactly the same as the wsop app, except the resolution on the iPad seems to be screwed up and there is no chat box in the lower left corner like the wsop.

Not sure what you mean by loading time- each one takes about 7-10 seconds on my phone and iPad. I haven't had geolocation issues.

Does this app work over 3/4G also? The WSOP app works only over WiFi from what I've experienced.

Anyone figure out how to contact customer service with this app? Every 24/7 customer service link just brings up the main web page. I don't see any way to make contact. Can't deposit because it can't verify SSN. Not sure what to do here.

why can't we play sit and go's or tournaments on the app?

The application is currently available only for Cash Games and Fast Forward games in addition to the Casino games. Any additions made to the offered games would be communicated on the website and forums.

I don't think the fast forward feature on the iPad works. If you can have someone look into that, it would be great - thanks.

won a qualifier to a $50 dollar tourney on your site. the problem is they never run. I entered the satellite just bc it was just starting. didn't really think to look at the options in which I would have to use it in. I have contacted support to ask if I can have the ticket converted to tourney dollars. seems like a reasonable request given that there are anywhere from zero to three $50 dollars tourneys each week and all of them are satellites to live events or a hyper tubro satty to the 50k. None of which are on the top of my list. Your phone support is useless as everytime I contact them I am told it has been "escalated" to the marketing department. Not sure why this is a marketing issue but whatever. it is going on a month. I cannot see a scenario where you cannot at least give me a yes or no answer in 4 weeks time. Anyways I would like to have this ticket converted to tourney dollars. I private messaged you my username. at the very least I would like to know that someone at some point is aware of my request and plans to answer sometime this year.

Fast Forward games can be played on iPad along with Cash Games. We have many players who have been using there iOS devices to play Fast Forward games and have received no complaints related to this feature.
