Party / Borgata hitting new lows tonight. I bring up the software and it Insta-Crashes after 3 seconds or so. I was able to log in a couple of times, and then it crashes, and it nice enough to restart with that crash questionnaire, and then crashes... Monty Python comes to mind...

Forgot to ask - anyone else having these problems?

Same problem here. Both skins. Crashes on startup and then restarts itself. Very annoying. Username "YogiRob"

PP,
Like probably half of the active players on NJ.PP, I prefer to (& am personally limited to) accessing the games from my mobile. Over the past several weeks, I have been able to login to PP app Android, but unable to register for tournaments. I have been able to access PPCasino app Android. So, I've given up logging into PP Android because I won't be able to play. Today, I cannot access the PPCasino Android app. It says "Failed to contact server. Please check your Internet connection."
As if the recurring poker bad-beats weren't enough, not it seems I have zero chance of winning any money back on PPNJ. I uninstalled + installed software from my download folder, since the NJ.partypoker.com webpage 'casino' link brings up a 'broken' page "Server Error in '/' Application.". My connection is 4G + full WiFi + Location.
Am I the only real-money user with this problem!?

Dave:
Why on earth would I do that. (That's not a question ). PP is notorious for mostly poor customer service. You gonna fix your suck-out-rakeist-poker-platform at the same time too?

By the way, I did a solution did find out, upon calling your ONLY customer support # that I was not the only one with the issue, & I was told ALL the customer service reps were being bombarded with inquiries about the software being down this past Sunday. It's no secret, as you know: so please stop playing-down your SOFTWARE'S 'issues' Thanks. <---Theres your customized "Edit".

As I am not customer support, I cannot comment as to the inquiries they have received about the issue on Sunday. I do know that it was resolved and all players should have no further connections issues.

Thanks,

Dave
