forgot- do they mean account being inactive just in terms of taking points away or is it like account being inactive in which more extreme forfeitures eventually come when the accounts are closed by them?

Party Poker Rep, can you please explain why it's acceptable to give 15 days notice of points expiring for a 180 day period? If you are changing your policy wouldn't a full 180 days be an acceptable length of time to implement such a change?

It is crazy that Party_Rep hasn't chimed in to this thread and addressed the sudden point expiration policy.

the party rep has been ignoring posting in the nj threads lately but been around in the global one. i take it they just dont have anything to say about the obvious shafting

We will see how silent they are after I file a complaint with the DGE. I advise everyone else who doesn't like the last minute implementation of their new policy as well as people missing points for over 2 weeks now to do the same.

I and others have given more than ample time for a response to this issue. I have filed a formal complaint with the DGE. How can a site incorrectly award points for OVER 3 WEEKS and have it not be fixed? You gave us a two week deadline to spend points, how can we spend them and clear bonuses if we can clear them at HALF the rate of time they should be cleared? Beyond unacceptable.

Hi all

I can confirm no changes have been made recently to the party T&Cs

Regarding the issue on Borgatta - this will need to be directed to the team directly - I gather most of the posts on here are BG related - not party accounts.

Can I please suggest Borgatta players PM myself their user name and I will collate and send to the team for review.
A member of the team will then reach out directly to help resolve this in full and ensure all points are calculating correctly

can you please clarify something?

many of us from our perspective see party/borgata poker as being essentially the same company running them. (bwin/party) with borgatapoker being a different branding in which bwin has reached some arrangement with the physical borgata casino to use their name directly on the skin. would this be a fairly accurate assessment?

many of us have experienced the same CS teams dealing with issues from both borgata/party clients. obviously promos are different and very rarely slightly different offerings. so is it the same promo/marketing team planning for both skins too?

Hi

party/Borgatta are essentially one brand - however, we are at different locations and have teams responsible for various business requirements where need be - ie: core CS/Marketing/PRM etc
Our main promotional team will share a promotion for example - then both the NJ and BG teams will create for the label specifically due to the different branding with Borgatta keen to keep their own identify
Borgatta may also opt not to always run similar promotions to party and vice versa -Leader boards etc may vary slightly

As I have said before I am the party rep - however due to Borgatta not having a specific rep present in these forums, I will try my best to escalate issues and concerns to the relevant team for resolution and feedback

I hope that offers some further clarification

iRewards points are indeed expiring on July 1st even for active players.

Hi all

To confirm I would like to feedback some information from the Borgatta team -

We can find no issues with points not being updated, as said previously please contact support with username and the team can look into this. Any points which lagged due to recent issues will have updated in the account.

On June 15th an email was sent to Borgatta players regarding points expiry
Specific amounts were not included as these may change when the actual points are expired.

Players can review the points due to expire by logging in to their account and checking ireward history.
Players have until the July 1st to use any points due to expire


Going forward, can Borgatta players with concerns regarding this issue please contact CS directly and these will be escalated to the correct team for review and feedback.

Not going to keep on beating a dead horse, but this is pure bull****. Anyone who has a problem with the leaderboard should not expect any help or resolution. There is no "lag".

Pretty sure that for most of this month points did not compute correctly for me. I would guess based on this thread that they didn't compute correctly for anybody.

And to be honest, calling Customer Service feels like punishment for sins from a former life.

I am about 100 points away from the next level, and it's super annoying and tilting that I am not even going to try to make it. I have lost confidence in the system and wasting my time with such things seems pointless.

My account magically got 471 additional irewards today. Why would this happen if you claim there was no error? I'm still around 500 points short, but where did this sudden burst of points come from? Does anyone else have a huge amount of points earned today without playing?

I didn't pay attention to my total but under 'points earned today' it says 400 and I didn't play yesterday or today on Borgata. They were happy to deny there was a problem several times until sent them evidence then they went silent, then this no explanation.
