Anyone else not earning the right number of reward points? It happened a few days ago and again today. It seems I have way less points for the month then I should.

How does one prove how many points they *should* have?

People mentioned in another thread that they thought the leaderboard for the SnG wasn't updating to include all the points. Maybe this is the reason.

But sadly, if the burden of proof is on us, this is gonna be nearly impossible to resolve.

You can prove it by your database. I'm several hundred reward points short of what I should have.

Just got an email saying that my iRewards Points are going to expire soon, (2weeks) because I didn't use them in 180 days! I'm not sure if that's why your account might be showing less, but it's a shame regardless!

Damn got 3k points.... Any recommendations on how to spend them? The tournament and comp dollars look nice.

I normally get a bunch of the $10-$20 sit & go tickets. Cash bonus cost more and need to be unlocked 10% at a time. Also if you win at the level you end up with more than face value.

Edit: Also the points expire? I'm assuming I-Rewards point are the same thing as loyalty points?

This may be the worst site I have ever played on and I am an old head so that is saying a lot. They can't get a single thing right. I get the notice which says my iRewards points are expiring, which is LOL since I am an active player paying 3K a month in rake. I have never heard of expiring points for active players before but OK I don't have an active bonus so I buy one in the store to start using the points.

I am going to go out on a limb here and say this is the result of a system error, or a change in policy that was unannounced. If it's the second option, that really stinks.

I got the message today too. I don't remember the last week that I didn't play something on all of these sites. And I have never had points "expire" on me as far as I know.

So are they only supposed to expire for inactive players? Some information / guidance would be helpful Party_Rep.

As for the separate issue you bring up, with the system not giving you enough points for your action, it seems like this is a problem site-wide for Party / Borgata.

Once again, it's not something I had considered before but it really sucks that those without a HUD are literally screwed as far as being able to quantify that kind of a problem.

I also got that non logical email. It makes no sense, it doesn't tell you which points will expire, and they currently have an issue where they are not awarding points correctly so how can they expect you to spend them?

better use them all before they conveniently have the ones u didnt use expire and hit you with "well the points you used werent the ones going to expire. we're sorry thats how the system works there's nothing we can do"

lol- atrocious. very sorry we all have to deal w such nonsense

Plus 1 - I agree with you, earning points takes so long they should not expire them if you are actively playing.

Why should we even be forced to spend them?! I don't understand why we can't hold on to them if we want to. Also some of them wont expire after the 180 days. Say someone has 3k, how will they know if 1500 or 2000 will expire in two weeks? Makes no sense that they are now forcing everyone to spend their Irps, especially if they are still actively playing.

Confirmed the thievery for myself, paid 90+ dollars in rake and only received 83 iRewards points. No points have expired yet so it's not that.

Absolute joke site. I played yesterday on Party Poker and came in 3rd for a SNG. 0 Points were credited to my account yet I get an email saying

"We have been confirmed by the respective team that there are no issues with the Leaderboard and all of the points are being taken into consideration.

However a minor issue with the points being updated simultaneously is present and the respective team is working on it, so they can be updated on the site accordingly."

Wonder what Borgata will say regarding points that were not credited Saturday-Monday.

There is a strange circle to all of this though.

If you are on the verge of making a new level, then everything in the points store costs fewer points.

But if they never credit you the correct number of points, it may be impossible to make the higher level.

I really hope they fix this fast. This can only end badly.

they have changed their policy with some credulous conditions, you have to earn a point for 180 CONSECUTIVE DAYS else they deem your account inactive. That is the most ridiculous description of an "inactive" account I have ever heard.

Apparently what the customer rep told me is incorrect you just need to earn a point within 180 days for them not to expire. But that doesn't matter much because they take all your points after 180 days regardless. A ridiculous policy change to give with only two weeks notice.

Not to mention their point awarding for the month is messed up.

Some shady stuff has been going on there recently. The HU leaderboard features many people that I have not seen playing at all. I have been playing SNGs pretty consistently and did not notice that many HU games running last week. I assumed the promotion did not start yet since there was almost no HU games playing last week. I was very surprised to see all the players that were credited with points. Possibly another way to earn points besides online play??!

It is also pretty ironic that they deem your account inactive unless you play 180 consecutive days, yet they give out iron-man achievements such as "Poker Hooked, Poker Possessed, Poker Crazy" if you play a hand for 5,10,20 consecutive days.

+1 basically they are forcing people to use em or lose em and not be able to bank large amounts of points unless you play a ridiculous amount in a short time. imo- they are making points worthless. first they started playing games with t$ and ticket conversion basically doing away with those schemes (partially anyways) now this.

i saw the borgata terms changed but i coudnt find anything for the party terms regarding points. i never got the email regarding points expiring probably as my points only 2 months old since ive been liquidating them & tickets lately.

horrible decision for the nj market. imo- they just handed all incentive not only for poker but for casino for players to give up on them. they just opened the door to lose market share of casino and poker to their competitors.

couple this with the 50k survey today and hmmmm... i know they gotta make their guarantees and all but it seems they trying to cut costs and save $$$ any way they can. could they really have deep $$$ issues which justify such extreme possible shady moves?
