Geolocation Expertise Needed From Party Poker

Could someone from PP please give some geolocation expertise and a status update on what's being done? I can only imagine a large part of the player pool is missing because of this issue.
I called NJ Division of Gaming Enforcement and they aren't aware that this is a meaningful problem. I've tried to reach the geolocation company without any luck. Can you please let us know if the system is improving, and the best way to avoid geolocation issues? You are losing a lot of money and customer loyalty due to this issue.

i was just kicked off b/c of geo-locator issue and when i logged back in seconds later, 5 of my games (4 sngs and a mtt) were all 'finished' and my chips vanished. they simply removed me from 5 entire games after i was grinding for an hour sitting in the same spot in NJ
