Okay, the remainder of my buy-in was credited a few minutes ago. I had sent a second blistering e-mail to
support.nj@partypoker.com this morning. I have still received no e-mail or information regarding the hand in play at the time.
It would be great if the transaction log could be downloaded so we can run our own auditing software and match up transactions. Many people will have numerous sessions, and monitoring for missing funds will be tedious, especially if a day's activity runs across several pages.
