A dedicated VIP system A dedicated VIP system

Right now party is leading the way in IPoker the only thing it lacks is a dedicated VIP system that gives cash bonuses rewards at each level similar to Ultimate and Betfair. If Party had this it would be the undisputed champ of the IPoker realm of NJ. Now i understand you can trade in 2000 points for 100 bucks but over a years time thats hardly alot in comparison with other VIP system. Would like to get some thoughts on the matter for some other users.

Unfortunately they've been in the process of decimating their VIP system recently for the ROW site and I'd assume they are going to bring this mentality to the US market since it has way less competition.

With that being said, I agree that there needs to be some type of VIP system. This is a very crucial time for you guys and with the software problems and lack of VIP you are just going to push people away from your site and towards the others. You have the opportunity to be the #1 player in NJ, and eventually the US, don't waste it w/ greed. You left nearly 7 years ago to have this chance, now make it a reality.

Can someone give an idea of a comparison between what the Borgata offers and what the nj.party site offers vis-a-vis points and VIP, etc.? I guess I could figure this out for myself but if someone already knows and can share, please do.

So what are the points even worth?

I've got 40 points and I didn't want to use them to buy in to tournaments because I didn't know what other options I had. 2000 for 100 bucks I'll take too.

Borgata I would think could match teir levels like wsop is doing for all CET properties. Would be a nice start, Borgata vip system is not that great as it stands now.

I am sorry for asking a stupid question.... But I recently signed up on PartyPokerNJ and also Borgata. Is their VIP system part of the normal sign up? Or would this be a 3rd party?

I am asking because I used to play Online poker years ago and the RakeBack systems were third party companies where I had to enter a specific code when signing up.

I just want to make sure I don't miss out on anything because I just signed up for these sites directly through them. If anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated.

No 3rd party needed. You're automatically opted in upon sign up. I haven't yet compared the 2 sites VIP because the last time I looked there wasn't much about them. I'm gonna assume Borgata's will be more advantageous if you grind live at the Borgata a lot as well as play online and Party's will be better if you only play online? Time will tell and someone who knows please feel free to fill us in. I'm not sure what's been posted about both so far. I do know that your Borgata VIP card level at the casino carries over to the online site.

Thanks man! Yeah as far as user experience both are really the same... its the same software actually. Whats funny is it said that my borgata username was taken when signing up for PartyPoker so I thought they might have been the same, but it didn't let me retrieve my PW, so I made a similar screen name with some numbers. Whats cool is they give you $10... I just played a turbo sit and go and won $100... time to start grinding the small cent games lol
