So I put 60 bucks on just to mess around in heads up and when I had my last 20 I join a 20$ heads up and it says sorry we can not confirm you are in New Jersey as I'm playing from my phone. I log into another device it says the same thing so I watch my chips go to the other guy while I'm
Sitting in my room in New Jersey. I email borgata send them the hand history bla bla they pretty much messaging me back saying, sorry nothing we can do. They suggested I have multiple wifi connections in my home to play properly lol. I want my money back this isn't the first time this has happened to me! This is

Not to mention the cs are morons the lady emailed me back saying it is my job to check and be sure that I'm in New Jersey while playing. Last time
I checked my living room was in New Jersey

This is pretty sad. Sorry for anybody that has to put up with this. Hopefully this will change soon. In my humble opinion the entire geolocation system is flawed by design. But their Customer Service policies throw gasoline on the fire.

when i was still playing on borgata/party i wouldnt play HU for over 5$ because of the geo issues that randomly pop up. learned my lesson after i got burned by it a few times. really sad because the bottem level cs reps dont pass the info along and those higher up cant seem to comprehend it keeps some people from playing more. its one thing to lose in a game of poker but its completely f**ked up to lose because their software is glitchy and decides to act up in such HU situation just handing your money to the other player

When I first deposited in June the geo-location problems were horrific, almost making the games unplayable. For the last month and a half I haven't had any problems at all.

That first month though, can't tell you how many times I had money in the pot and had to forfeit it because of the geo location errors. "Reset your router" is not an appropriate response from customer service but that seems to be all they know how to say.

That's bull and shows how incompetent they are if they don't refund you I would call dge and file s complaint

They will be out of business soon when stars gets here anyway
