"Withdrawal are not allowed for this account category, please contact our customer service"

I have contacted them and they have absolutely no answers for me . I have withdrawn a lot from there since i withdraw a few thousand every month. So what is the deal? they keep saying that there is no timetable and doesnt tell me the reason why its being investigated. Can anyone help me get to the bottom of this? I rely on my cashouts to pay for bills so its frustrating that its blocked. If they need me to prove my existence that wont be a problem but they are being so vague about everything and not letting me know what the problem is.
