Personally I don't think this free roll issue is a big deal - but that's besides the point.

We all have the right to make an official complaint - which if we fee isn't handled properly, should be escalated to the DGE. We pay for this system.

Complaining about it here after they stopped responding 40 whatever days ago isn't going to get any results. Follow the procedure.

Have not gone that route. Party/Borgata has left an opening with the 2020 expiration dates. It would be frivolous to get NJDGE involved. They ARE only Free Rolls.

As stated before, it is the Principle. If a business makes an offer, in this case performing "missions", and is accepted by the customer (player), it is up to the business, Party/Borgats, to fulfill its implied promise of a result - $2500T/$5000T Free Rolls. Enough said.

If the Party_Rep chooses to not respond, that is his/her prerogative. He/she may be under the direction of higher ups to ignore.

The 2020 expiration date doesn't mean anything. You can keep doing what youre doing for the next 6 years and expect the same result.

Agree with the frivolous thing. imo this whole issue is incredibly frivolous, but that's all it is, an opinion.

If they're doing something wrong, then they should be held accountable, and you have the right to make sure they are.

You have the option to escalate this matter yourself. Don't understand why you wouldn't do so instead of wasting your time here.

I didn't see any such tournament in the lobby today. Did I just miss it somehow? Or does this only apply to the European / UK Party Poker site, and not the NJ site? It's a good idea either way, and if I missed out this week that sucks. But I honestly looked and didn't see the tournament in the lobby.

I asked, and I got no reply.

I didn't see it in the lobby last week, and I don't see it today. It may just be for the flagship site.

I just wish there was a way to delete tickets from your ticket section. i have these 2.5 and 5k freerolls + some dream seat tik, real madrid shootout tik, and some random 2$ ticket to a 1k rebuy turbo(that PP gifted to me months and months back even though there was no such tournament in existence)in my ticket section that will forever be shaded out.

it annoys me that i cant clean the clutter. #ocd

I agree. What kind of gift is it if you can't even use it? They might as well just keep the tournament ticket, and make a donation in my name to the human fund.

same here. it's like talking in circles everytime i bring it to their attention.

The latest update allows you to "filter" the inactive tickets, so that you don't see them.

Then the darkness came upon the players, and the Party_Rep ignored and ignored the players request to run those Tournaments.

Many avid Party and Borgata players still possess these tickets, and would like to see these Tournaments reinstated instead of seeing the Tickets sadly unused.

Is there any comment you can make Collette? Your predecessors ignored our requests for months and months. As the New Party_Rep and a breath of fresh air, please respond.

Yes, he is right Party_Rep, please make the missions mean something by running those tournaments again. Would love to hear what Poker Operations think of that idea.

No offense intended to the new party rep, however a customer service rep can only go as far as upper management allows. I assume management knew of our complaints and chose not to care. I doubt a new CSR on 2+2 could change that even if they wanted to.

I am sure that most people here probably agree with this sentiment. In fact I am pretty sure Party_Rep herself knows the limitations of that role.

However, whenever there is change there is an opportunity. I think it's fair to at least keep an open mind and give the new person a chance to make a change where others may have come up short.

I agree with ghost. I too am one of those dedicated Borgata/Party players who could not redeem my tickets. It has left a significant blemish on the imperfect history of Borgata/Party's way of doing business with its customers.

Thank you very much for your careful attention to this matter.

As you can tell from the general skepticism, problems have been many and solutions have been few over the first year of PartyPoker / Borgata in NJ.

However, just speaking for myself, thank you very much for your efforts. Regardless of the outcome, your efforts are noted and appreciated.

Just a quick update to assure you we have started planning a resolution to this ongoing issue regarding unused free-roll tickets - which we hope to share as soon as possible

I have had an initial discussion with Poker room management and we are putting a action plan into place

The process is in place and the relevant teams are working on a complete resolution suitable for all

With recent issues both the Poker team and the tech teams have been under pressure and an increased work load

To be honest, I would say the plan of action will be put in place mid - late January if not before.
I understand this is not ideal - but for the time being is the best I can commit too.

As soon as possible, I will be happy to share further information

+1, We all really appreciate the work that has been put into improving communication and follow up.

As more problems are resolved, hopefully we can all benefit from a bigger player pool and more games.
