Feedback is that even after this Saturday's Tournaments there is a group of Party/Borgata loyal players with another 8 to 12 Tickets remaining. I am one.
I haven't been able to ACTUALLY play any of these June freerolls, because they're always Saturday evening, and I just haven't been around to play poker on Saturday nights. I could not change my plans, so my tickets are being wasted.

I have 2 1K FR tix, 4 1.5K FR tix, 4 2.5K FR tix, and 2 5K FR tix, a total of 12 tickets; 6 if you're only counting the 2.5K and 5K.

EDIT: In my Borgata account, I have 2 1K tix, 2 1.5K tix, 3 2.5K tix, and 6 5K tix, a total of 13 tickets; 9 if you're only counting the 2.5K and 5K.

So across both accounts, I have 25 tickets, 15 of which are 2.5K or better. These tickets are going to waste. In fact, I wouldn't be able to use all of them even if I had been around every Saturday in June.

lol so i guess this is you finally? As I told you already when I talked to you the other day, I have been out of the country for the past two months. Before I left, however, I offered to meet glytter at the borgata (again, I already told you this). So, no I am not a scammer or whatever else you were implying I am. You posting this here as opposed to simply PMing me is just tactless. BTW now that we're making this personal I have to say that your poker game is the much like your comment, without tact, and I can't believe pocket 5's picked u and glytter to represent party poker. That being said, you're still better than glytter, but that's not saying much.

Good Afternoon Party_Rep,
On 5/29/2014 you posted the above.

We asked for additional Tournaments to make those players that are holding > the 8 Tickets that you offered as the "making this whole". We have not heard anything in a MONTH.

You have followed through and have run 6 of the 8 so far for that part of the solution. But, in the past weeks the Tournaments were up on the sites in order to Pre-register most of the week. As of Friday, June 27th afternoon neither the $2500T or $5000T M&A is posted.

1. Where are tomorrow's tournaments? and,
2. Do you have an answer for the remaining Tickets we hold for the $2500T and $5000T M&A??

Please respond.

The $2500T and $5000T M&A are now up on the sites. The $2500T is registering. The $5000T is announced.

But..... still absolutely no communication from either Party or Borgata.

Party and Borgata certainly know how many Tickets remain in players accounts. They know how many additional Tournaments they need to run in order to satisfy their responsibility.

Didn't the Promotion Departments budget for enough Tournaments to cover the M&A Promotion? If they didn't, they are business neophytes. If they did then we should anticipate another round of M&A Tournaments.

So I had one more mission left to clear. I never bothered b/c they were not running the freerolls anymore. I see now they are giving out 500$freeroll tix out(instead of the 5k) so I said what the hell ill clear it. after clearing it I wasn't awarded a 500$ tik. lolpartypoker.

And later I cleared an achievement for Fastforward that awarded a 500$ freeroll tik. This time they gave me a ticket. I had the tik in "my tickets" section but during the last time the 500$ freeroll ran I couldn't use the tik for some reason. it was shaded out and when I tried to reg it said something like " cant use cash to enter tournament you need a ticket".

tldr;

I don't really care about the 500$ freerolls but it just shows how ****ty PP is.

clear a mission - don't get the ticket.
clear an achievement - get ticket- cant use ticket

6/7 - $5000T - 1099

6/14 - $2500T - 872
6/14 - $5000T - 944

6/21 - $2500T - 660
6/21 - $5000T - 737

6/28 - $2500T - 400
6/28 - $5000T - 432

Need to run another month and half at least to get those still holding tickets "whole"?

Is anyone holding more than 10 (5 and 5) Total $2500T and $5000T tickets now that they have run these 8 Tournaments?

The answer is no.

If you really think you have a case, you should have filed with DGE already.

At this point, I think this is the only way we are going to get anything to change around here.

Personally I think there are far bigger issues and freeroll tickets will probably result in wasting your time.

But it's your right.

Would like to get the things run in a timely manner so we can get on to that next big thing.

My leftover tickets have disappeared. Under my account, it says I have 6 tournament tickets, however when I click on the "tournament tickets," only 4 are listed.

I get the principle part, and I respect the way you handle things.

Yes, its pretty clear the players need to organize themselves ifthey want to make any change.

I think it will happen, not sure who or when though.

I think we need to figure out what exactly the DGE is willing to do for us when we come to them with issues the sites ignore. I am filing my own dispute right now, and will be posting all details and results - good or bad, so that at least the process will be a little more clear.

Sorry, didn't read the whole thread. I have 2 tickets to the 2.5k & 5k each, as well a bunch of 1k and 1.5k tickets. Did they shut down all the giveaways because I never see any of them on borgata?

It has been another week without a response - 17 DAYS and Counting.

They ran Giveaway Tournaments for $500T $1000T, $1500T as well as a few $150T's every night during June and beyond.

Party/Borgata continued to give out more of these lower amount tickets.

These Giveaway Tournaments have stopped recently on Party and Borgata.

Why is it so hard for the Party_Rep to address these questions? He/She has had an abundance of time to huddle with the promotions team and customer service team and even Upper Management to make a statement here.

But as it has been stated in other threads, Party/Borgata has set themselves up as "the site that's always right" and "the players can not be possibly right".

Eventually Party/Borgata may embrace the American adage: "the customer is ALWAYS right". OR NOT.

What they refuse to realize is that it's better to give someone an answer they don't like than to continuously avoid the issue. A lack of answers just adds to the mistrust.

For the 100th time.... A handout is when you ask for something when giving nothing in return. We didn't ask for them to run a promotion. They ran it on their own. We were told if we went through their "missions" (and paid rake in doing so) there would be a reward for us at the end. They then took that promised reward away from us after we gave them the play that they said was required to EARN the reward.

I'm sure if they suddenly took away the points you EARNED to use in the store you wouldn't be happy about it either.

You've sent an email to that specific address?

I am not party_rep. I'm sharing the email with you that party doesn't want you to find.

Personally I don't think this free roll issue is a big deal - but that's besides the point.

We all have the right to make an official complaint - which if we fee isn't handled properly, should be escalated to the DGE. We pay for this system.

Complaining about it here after they stopped responding 40 whatever days ago isn't going to get any results. Follow the procedure.

I've only gone through the process once, but it resulted in Borgatapoker paying me $600 about 10 days after I sent my "official complaint".
