It has been 9 days since the last correspondence. Sense of urgency is nonexistent.

The fact that people haven't left them in droves is amazing to me.

Cue stupidmonkey bashing me and talking about how great they are in 3... 2... 1

Update:
Just received this e-mail late last night, 4/18. Not a high priority. They are too busy promoting and concentrating on the NJCOP that will be a moneymaker. "I must appreciate your patience" What?

"Dear PALLADINN,
Thank you for contacting Borgata Online Gaming Customer Service.

yeah, right

That's another great point to mention though. Why support a site that ships jobs overseas instead of keeping them here in the US? I understand that a rep with an Indian name could be here in America, but has anyone ever had any contact with a rep from party/borgata that didn't have an Indian name and or accent?
04-20-2014 , 12:33 AM
I have like 3-4 5k tickets. I have a feeling they will all go to waste. These tournies have to run right?
04-27-2014 , 08:13 PM
<bump>

No tourney again tonight.
05-01-2014 , 08:21 PM
Rep keeps saying this will be made right on but it's been months now...
05-05-2014 , 10:26 AM
Sent e-mails to both Party and Borgata customer service this morning. It has been 17 days since their last response that they were going to do something.

Again suggested that they break up the tickets into the Giveaway Tournament increments that they run every night. ($500, $1,000, and $1,500). If they would have done this, most of their obligation would be cleared.

Now that all customer service is in New Jersey as of May 1, based upon NJDGE ruling we should finally get an answer. BTW, still have not received an answer from the Party Rep here on 2+2 to verify this.
05-05-2014 , 11:59 AM
I didn't even check, did they run any ticket event last night?

No event of any amount the last few Sundays. It is like they take the day off.
05-05-2014 , 12:22 PM
if they wanna go ahead and turn my 4 2500 tix into 10 1000 tix and my 6 5000 tix into 20 1500 tix, that would be super

or you know, just run the events

:/

This is ridiculous! We all diligently pursued these "Missions" succeeded with promise that tournaments would run. NaDa. Let's see if the Party side sends the same lame response after this has been asked multiple times by multiple players.

"Dear PALLADINN,
Thank you for contacting Borgata Online Gaming Customer Service.

First of all, I'd like to apologize for the delay in resolving this.

I have re escalated this matter to the team concerned for further update. As soon as there is more information, we will get back to you.

There is really no reason for anyone to play on either Borgata or Party. They screw you every chance they get. Their rake is higher than other sites. Their customer service sucks. Their client is bad. The only redeeming quality is their number of players. I wish everyone would dump this joke of a site and move on to 888, WSOP or UP.

What the xxxx. When did this happen? Anyone else get this memo?

We all spent time on this. Why put up a promotion and then change the rules. Is this a DGE complaint ready to happen?
I just earned a 1500 giveaway on 4-20 so PP saying they aren't awarding anymore 'Giveaways' isn't true. Maybe they just aren't awarding the 2500 & 5000.

In the future, you should read the entire thread before replying to a post that is a month old.

The saga continues.

This is the response from the Party side of the equation. Interesting that the email is written in a less chopped, less foreign style. Now we wait again.

Feel free to send in your inquiries to Borgata and Party customer service on the subject. More awareness by them may help speed an answer. We should probably expect a not so customer friendly answer, if past Borgata decisions are indication.

"Dear PALLADINN,
Thank you for contacting Customer Service.

I am sorry for any inconvenience experienced and I would like to assure you that your query and suggestion in regard to the Giveaway tickets and tournaments have been escalated to the concerned team.

The BS reply I got:

With regards to the Giveaway tournaments, please note that tournaments such as the $5000 and $2500 Giveaway are not running regularly, however I suggest checking our tournament schedule every week for more information. In the past we have ran such tournaments once per month, although there is no information when the next will be held.

Tournament schedule is available here:

I called Borgata customer twice on 5/5. Could barely understand the first support person and could just understand the second. Highly doubt I was talking to anybody in NJ. Rawalpindi maybe, but definitely not New jersey.

its really annoying when i click over to "my tickets" and i see nearly 20 2.5k and 5k tiks just sitting there. Even more annoying is thinking of that day(its coming...lolpartypoker) when they just disappear and we get nothing for them.

I'd rather they disappear... that way I can stop thinking they have a value.
