The only problem with this is that if the tournament starts five minutes before the break you've only played 5 minutes and now you have to take a break, which is kind of ridiculous.

totally standard. Its only ridiculous if thats the only tournament youre playing.

For example, lets say im playing in 9 tournaments, the most recent of which started 5 minutes ago. Now its break time. If the recently started tournament didnt go on break too, i would be stuck peeing in a bottle playing one tournament while my other 9 are on break.

There is absolutely no question that sync breaks are the way to go. When the sites finally figured it out, people were smacking themselves on the head wondering what took so long.

At Station casinos can you use comp dollars for tournament buy-ins? This a bit of a new-ish trend in some Vegas casinos. It would be a cool feature of the online VIP program to be able to use points for live tournaments.

probably not. If the values were the same as the traditional chip values, tier 8, cranberry, would be 25K, which is higher than tier 9.

Unless maybe "cranberry" is 5K, and they just thought "flag" sounded stupid.

Oh you mean pay that much in rake to earn each level, yea that sounds right.
But at beginning of the next month you stay at that level and don't start over I am assuming. But he did say its 8 levels monthly, so no sure how that will work.

I'm guessing level 6 is 1000, 7 is 2000 and 8 is 5000.
