I'll try to answer a couple questions for you guys, but as you can expect, it's going to be a busy day today. We've been holding this under wraps for a while now.

You can play as long as you're IN Nevada with a cell phone (we triangulate the cell phone every time you log in and periodically while you play).

You can deposit and cash out at any Stations casinos (there's 15 in the LV area) as well as use a credit card, mailed check or bank wire. We think it's going to be pretty cool to win a tournament, and drive down the street and get your cash. Cash. In your hand. Down the street. Cash. Yeah.

Remember how things used to be with banks and VISA? No more. We have a new merchant code for MasterCard and preliminary reports are that almost all MC deposits are going through.

Naturally we'll have more deposit methods as time goes on.

No relationship to UB. We chose the name to strengthen our association with the UFC.

We'll have a VIP program very soon. We offer competitive rake (4% for limit, 4.5% for NL, mostly less than 10% for MTTs/SNGs). We're also working on a huge variety of other things, but we wanted to clear the biggest hurdle first: getting to market and overcoming compliance. This is a new day and age, and compliance rules are tough. We also recognize that our software isn't as full featured as other sites you've played on. That's going to change. We have bright developers, smart people, and a host of people who've logged a combined several million hands online and live. Give us constructive feedback and help us move forward in the right direction and I guarantee you we'll get there.

Page 6-7. The so-called "bad actor" clause prevents entities who did business in the US prior to black friday to be locked out for 10 years.

It makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside that the product manager has a Nov 03 join date. It makes me believe you already know what we want and are expecting.

We will, yeah, but I forget the rake amount off the top of my head. I don't want to quote you a bad number, but it'll be similar to industry standard.

Will the triangulating thing not result in a house filled with a hundred cell phones in it, registered to users outside of Nevada and that aren't located within Nevada, but their cellphone is? Seems somewhat easy to go around, no?

how long until this verizon issue should be fixed?

We've shared some jokes about this in the office, for sure. Unfortunately, no - we've actually got a wide variety of things we check for, including sneaking around your mailing address and looking in your window while you play.

We do take the "be in Nevada" thing seriously, though. Regulation and compliance are important to us, and we hope they're important to you guys as well. No more questions of where your money is going, or is the shuffle rigged - we've had to jump over some very high hurdles (this is one of them) to bring you software Nevada is happy to be behind. We're going to work very hard at providing a safe, secure, compliant site (while beefing up all the software and features to bring people to our games).

Hopefully a matter of days. They didn't want us triangulating their customers, even if they opted in. I'm sure it couldn't hurt if you sent it up the chain on their end - we are literally speaking to them 2x a day right now.

Man I hope this goes ok. Here's to hoping some legit business types can take some of the stink off online poker in this country.

I encountered the message "Iovation Error" during account creation and it quit on me. So far no response from support.

Quite frankly you are going to have to explain this type of cryptic error message instead of just throwing it out there and expecting people to know what it means.

Are you guys going to advertise a ton on TV? We need to make the fish aware that this is totally legal and stuff
