They need to verify your mobile phone number and I think they request location information during that. However, I'm a Verizon Wireless user and unfortunately I'm getting this message:

They suggest Sprint, AT&T, T-Mobile.

the article i read said you could play as long as you were in nevada. As far as i understood being a resident wasn't required. Was i mistaken about this?
