I'm confused by this too. They probably raked $200k-$250k per month, based on the $700k NV did in September. Drop it to a skeleton staff, dump the big exec salaries, and suspend the software dev until the future looks brighter.
Taxes are 6.75%. Payment processing is about that with the churned cash. I don't see how they couldn't go at least sideways after paying support, server, and office overhead.
There must be something I am missing or else one of the other licensed companies would have taken over the Nevada operations as they must have shopped it around before giving up.
