Any chance of getting 9-player PLO8 sngs? And/or 6 minute levels in the 6-player games?

Right now (for PLO8) you just have 6- and 7-players with 4 minute levels. Like, if you just take a step back and look at that, is that really what you want to be offering? You have PLO8 sngs, but you don't really have what people normally expect.

IMO, keep the 7-players unchanged (since they're popular for whatever reason), change the 6-players to 6 minute levels, and add 9-players with 6 minute levels.

Even just putting up the exact same options as holdem wouldn't be bad. But I think it'd be better to 1.) not dillute the lobby into 4 minutes and 8 minutes for the 9-players (just compromise at 6 minutes, with the smaller player pool in PLO8) and 2.) make the 6-players 6 minutes.

I'd argue that fast levels reduces the skill/advantage in PLO8 more than it does in holdem. For one reason, when it's shove/call time, you call a lot more in PLO8, and usually every decision is borderline and a small difference. There isn't really a technical edge at that stage in the same way there is in holdem. I think you'd be more attractive to regulars who will play every game for hours, and more likely to fill higher buyins, with 6 minute options.

(Talking about Nevada.)

I just realized there's no specific NV SNG thread for discussion of offerings, structures, promotions etc., so taking care of that here.

Would love to see 9 handed offered. Possibly one of the reasons 7 handed are so popular is because there are not any full ring available.

Also I believe you would get a lot more runners in the nightly plo8 tournament if it were 9 handed tables instead of 6 handed.

Talking about hold 'em here, not PLO, but I like the 4 minute levels and the level structure of the Lucky 7's SNGs. I wouldn't mind if they were 7 or 9 man, though. WSOP SNGs are unbearable because of how long even the turbos take. With the 5 minute break the average time for WSOP SNGs is probably near 50 minutes, but UP games are in the 20-25 minute range.

When WSOP isn't doing their leaderboard thing, it's pretty normal to see them having maybe 3-4 games going at ALL levels combined, and then only in the evening. On UP it's pretty easy to find half a dozen games going in the morning and then ramping up to 10-20 in the afternoon/evenings.

I actually really like the 7-handed version but I'd like to suggest a change to the payoffs. I kinda feel like I wasted my time when I come in 3rd and get exactly my buy-in back. Even taking $1 off 1st and giving it to third would make a big difference. Or maybe 75 cents off 1st and 25 cents off 2nd. That way by coming in 3rd and "cashing" you've actually made a profit (and nearly a 13% ROI)

How about a lower LHE HUSNG limit than $15, like $7.
