We've got one seat open in the best customer service department in the industry. Our Player Care team gets rave reviews for being responsive, poker-savvy, consistent, communicative and caring.

Candidates must be available to work full-time in either our Las Vegas or Atlantic City office. Additionally, the position is for the overnight shift.

Hope you are getting to play in a couple of WSOP events.

What time is the "overnight shift"? 12 AM to 8 AM?

Is the office in the The Taj or a secure office building? AC after midnight, you know.

Is the position for poker only or does it include customer service for casino games?

Heh, I'm trying to play some, but my internal clock wakes me up at 5:45am PT no matter what I do. Makes it a bit hard to play until 1am (or 3:30am for the late events).

Presently that shift is approximately 11:00pm-7:30am (30 minute lunch break) but I suspect that part can be flexible.

The office is located inside the Taj (back of house).

All of the NJ Player Care team support both Ultimate Poker and Ultimate Casino players.

If we e-mailed the address above asking for more information/specifics about the job will we get a reply? I did that but got a message thanking me for my resume. I'd like to find out more specifics privately etc about the job before anything like that.

You probably got the auto-reply, but if you put "ATTN: Player Care Manager" in the subject line with specific questions, someone will respond.
