UP does have quite a bit going for it. It's a shame they turned off so many players by launching with bare bones software. I'm not sure that's a decision they're going to be able to overcome in the long run, at least in the sense that WSOP / PP / Borgata has run away with most of the traffic in the state and probably won't look back.

It's a bug, and the product team is aware of it. It seems to affect some players more than others and seems to have popped up in our most recent version.

Ok, is this site lagging for anyone else at times? I'm not talking about not being to be found in NJ. I get the blue circle and I can't play. So frustrating, I won't be able to play this site once the promo ends.

Everything else is working...the internet, other NJ sites

It's the second time it may have cost me a win and a $100 ticket

first day trying out ultimate in awhile because merge kicked nevada off and the software crashed at random twice for me including once mid hand, is this normal and if so please fix it because random crashes mid hand with no protection are pretty terrible

I'm in NJ, but do you guys experience a freeze accompanied by a blue circle and a cloudy screen? And then eventually it comes back and all of the action goes in super fast forward for a while and then you catch up.

Props on clearing up the tournament lobby. It's so much better now, but can you please make the font a little bit bigger?

Edit: Scratch that... I don't see the $100 Sunday tournament anymore! I already registered for it and I don't see the money back in my account. What is happening with it? It needs to be posted all week so people can sign up!

Yes I've had situations where I've clicked bet and nothing happens while the timer ticks down... usually my bet will make it at the very last second but a few times I've actually timed out when I wanted to raise.

Played a fairly long session tonight and received no xp points. Customer service said they have received a lot of these complaints and are looking into it.

Anybody else feel like the software slowrolls you? It's really annoying at showdown when you think your hand is good and after ten seconds it cycles through the other players and awards somebody else the pot. Please change this so the winner of the hand is awarded the pot immediately.

I know this complaint seems nitty, but it's been bothering me since I started playing on UP and felt like it was worth bringing up.

It even happens in HU pots it seems. I swear it takes a good three seconds after I show my hand for my opponent to win the pot. So tilting.

See the No-verlay thread... Per custmer service rep Joe in chat it is starting at 3pm, which is 14:00 in the lobby because they had an issue with the time change.

I just came here to see if others were having the same issues. Sometimes I get that one card everybody gets dealt card very very slowly eventually gets back to me I get my second card and it shows it's my turn and folds me because I timed out. I thought it was my Internet connection so I plugged directly to the Internet v Wifi and it hasn't changed.
