Customer Service is working OT to get back the Overlays. Received mine for the $20K (Sold Out 300) early this AM. Good Thing.

They were a little over enthusiastic. But in true Ace fashion the error was corrected.

The story is I tried to enter the $1000 GTD Second Chance late last night, but it was filled (125). That is a good thing.

Anyway the $20 buy in in U Dollars was refunded although I never got entered. They found the error in their ways and corrected the U Dollars, but they also took the $20 away from my Cash Dollars.

Called the Ace on duty, "Vanessa", and after a few minutes she corrected that error and am whole again. Sounded like the Aces were swamped this AM.

Ultimate knows their software needs improvement, but their customer service is where it should be and way above the competition.

Agreed I am hoping their player pool doesn't evaporate once the noverlay promo is over, because I like the way they operate... even with the software issues I'd rather play on a site with good customer service. Party/Borg customer service is so bad it kind of tilts me that they are #1 right now.

Got 14th in the $20k yesterday... wish I could have made the FT but have to thank UP for a great promotion, would probably not be playing a $100 buyin if not for the noverlay promo. However, I am a fan of their customer service and plan to keep playing the 8:30 2nd chance even after the promo is over. I like their nightly schedule of tournaments.

Seriously great site so far except for the software. I will probably keep giving them most of my action in the form of 5 or so mtts a day after the promo is done. Guess I should probably start re learning good mtt strat for when the free money goes away. $180 in u dollars this morning was pretty sweet.

I don't understand how the $10 630pm doesn't reach the guarantee. If the same people who register for the $50 730pm, register for the 630pm, it would turn it into a freeroll. Sigh
