Via my excel records, I officially made $1,510 from the month long No-Overlay promo. Greatest promo of all time ultimate. Thanks for the free money. Will continue grinding 6-7 mtts nightly on ultimate, to show my thanks

I haven't seen the manual adjustment yet for the $20K or $5K. I'm sure they'll get to it. Between the clock issue, the Sunday tourneys, and it being the last day of no-verlay, it's probably the most manual adjustments they've had to make.

Credits will be issued today for yesterdays No-verlay tournaments.

how come there was no 1K GTD tonight?

and then there was two 500 GTD Turbo...

Ultimate Team

If you add more turbo GTD MTTs... you will get more players.
If you add PLO and Hi/Lo... you will get more players.

Note: I don't know if somebody screwed up last night with two $500 GTD Turbo last chance... but if you look at the numbers... both tournaments had the same groups of players. It shows... having another concurrent running turbo will not lose players.

Just my two cents...

lol but neither of them hit the guarantee so they just lost twice the money

Do you have any financial tips for me?

They weren't off by much. Point being... add more gtd turbos to the schedule is a smart move.

Yeah, they could offer a million of them and lose a million times more. Think of the possibilities!

But one got 40, the other one 37..if there was a third the trend would suggest 34 entries

Any word on any new promotions?

There's been a bunch of overlays lately, which is nice. Anxiously awaiting the next promo too. Perhaps a no-overlay part 2. The fact they we have "the big four" sites is perfect, they all must constantly be fighting for our business

We had a promotions meeting late yesterday. Will be pitched to the board on Friday. So give it a few days and we'll get back to you.

Excited to hear what's coming down the pike. You guys have been awesome.

Hopefully you can come up with something to combat the onslaught of the Big 2. (Consider Borgata/Party and 888/WSOP as together entities because that's how they report to DGE.)

Ultimate is like the little engine that tries and tries. All the members of your team understand the game of poker and what the players want. Customer service is beyond belief when compared to the other sites.

You have to leverage that to the hilt. You are giving it away to try to compensate. (No-verlay was the most positive customer oriented promotion offered in NJ yet. Granted you have to play in the big freerolls, but there is no return guarantee at all on those.)

The problem is the software and the desire of the players to play where the players are. MTT's are all well and good. Most of my time is spent in them.

BUT where is the rake? In the cash games. Where do you need notes the most? Where do you need hand analysis? Where do you need rake back?

Where is the presence of the pros on your staff? Announce if and when they are playing. Take a page out of the old Full Tilt play book. Play with the Pros.

Heck, have them play Saturday night and advertise it. Terrence Chan is a bracelet winner. Learn from the Pros.

On Ultimate a player feels he/she is important. On the other sites we are just another non-casino player. The customer is never right on those sites. Am I right?

Set up a Player Advisory Board of regular players and casual players to get what they are all about. Definitely shoot for Memorial Day and have the easiest sign up possible. Get the Software Updates done by then.

Sorry about the rant. We like being treated as a customer, not a guy/gal just from "that" New Jersey site to the Bulgarian, Carribean, UK or whatever deadheads they call customer service reps. Give me the ACES.

BTW have you thought of renaming and branding the TAJ Poker room? It needs an update and a push.
