Checks are almost always sent within three business days. Once they're in the hands of the US Postal Service we have no control over how long that takes.

You sir are a genius! I never check my spam folder, and never thought of it. Partly because the approval email always came to my regular mail in the past. It appears that the approval email hit my spam folder on Saturday. Tyty

Today is May 2nd. I think I already know the answer to this.

Has the Customer Service and Accounting Group for Ultimate, including online poker, set up shop in New Jersey?

This is to comply with N.J.A.C. 13:69 O 1.2 (w). Customer service personnel who have access to patrons' confidential account information are among those subject to these requirements. This was to be completed by May 1, 2014.

An opinion: Your outstanding first five months of customer service should be the model of how to make players feel wanted by a site.

Yes, we are fully compliant with all the regulations regarding customer service functions in New Jersey for both Ultimate Poker and Ultimate Casino.

I wasn't sure where to put this, and it may seem like a silly request, but why is the UltimatePokerNJ twitter account protected so that you have to be approved to see it? I sent a request a couple of months ago and I'm still "pending approval"

If it makes you feel better, I can't even see the tweets.

Seriously though, I believe that account is discontinued; the marketing team changed course and wanted to just have one Ultimate Poker (and one Ultimate Casino) account instead of having separate Twitter accounts for different states. So if you just follow the regular @UltimatePoker, you won't be missing anything.

I think I remember you stating that ACH cashouts were in the works, but I can't find it and may have just imagined it. Is there a timeframe for this?

I don't remember if I said it either, but it's definitely very important to us. Unfortunately I do not have any kind of timeframe.

Almost a month and no complaints, but no movement on ACH Withdrawals. Any update?

Have to give credit where credit is due: Ultimate's turnaround on Withdrawals via check has been outstanding - 5 Days.
