Get disconnects and lag a lot, pretty sure not on my end.

You guys should to sync your breaks with other sites/have them at a good time.

5min till the start of the next hour would be great if all tourneys went on break then.

I actually love the software. I know the crashes are a major problem, but I don't have much trouble.

Request list:

1. Time bank
2. Hand Histories
3. Waiting lists
4. BB issues
a. When third player sits down in HU match and does NOT take blind, the SB gets posted OOP and the BB gets posted on the button.
b. When player leaves on SB, button skips and BB previous hand gets button.
c. I wouldnt swear to it, but I think you can miss your BB and come in behind every time for JUST the BB and not have to post both blinds. I have yet to see anyone abuse this, but I think its a major glitch that no one's mentioned (or I could be imagining things. It wouldnt be the first time, lol).

Thought of one more, I am sure this wont be the last time something pops up:

Any player (account holder) can sit down at an open seat with $0.00 and tie up the seat for an indefinite amount of time.

So, lets say we're playing 1-2 NL 6-max and its five handed. An observer could sit down and tie up that last open seat indefinitely. The software never removes him.

Its occurring right now at 10-20 NL. Two observers are seated with $0.00, sitting out, watching the HU match. Since they havent technically been dealt in, and are not 'missing blinds', the software NEVER removes them. They could sit there tying up those seats for HOURS. Its obviously a HUGE issue.

One more thing popped up and I know this is like 999th on your list (would be 998th on mine ), but I figured id mention it.

For the omaha/8 and PLO/8 games (all the split games actually), when you guys are done with the actually important stuff , PLEASE change the pot splits so that there's a graphical representation of the chips being split properly when a player gets a fraction of the pot.

I hope that makes sense. Im happy to explain further if that wasn't terribly clear.

A way to filter cash games

example 6 max only / full ring / NL / Limit / Omaha etc. Just like full or empty tables

i cant get my cashier to load, due to problems with being forced to use IE to load it. my IE is working really funny and i dont know a way to uninstall it and reinstall it, since its not showing up in my list of programs. only my google chrome works and works fine, and yet google chrome isnt my default browser. i have no way to find out how much of the $700 i deposited the other day i still have on UP because i cant bring up the cashier and this is really bugging me. Please let me know what i have, and also let me know if theres a way to find out ur balance while logged in WITHOUT HAVING TO BRING UP THE CASHIER< or without having to use internet explorer.

This is my biggest thing actually: MOUSE WHEEL FOR THE BETTING BAR. 4-6 tabling is an insane pain without the mouse wheel. I can 6 table using just the mouse if I can use the wheel.

Mandatory for me to sit and start games: table pop up when prompted to post.

I have the tables minimized I want them to pop up when someone sits me not just flash.

Tile tables option on the tables instead of the lobby.

There doesn't seem to be a note-taking system. A good system for this with color coding+symbols on players would be great.

I do like the new font.

For the milestone hands, it would be nice if a pop-up comes up, letting you know you are in one, so you don't fold in a plo-8 hand, short stacked, in a 2$ sng.

How do you guys not have a note system? You don't want people using HUD's, and I'm all for that, I don't use one myself, but not having a way to take notes on players, is just insane to me.

I just don't get it, but I know you guys are trying, so hopefully you guys can fix that. Just realize that people who have ADD and have to multi table like me, names kind of blend in, so not having a note and coloring system just makes it impossible for me to play on your site.

And the last UPC main event I sattied in, but the satellite ran an hour after the tournament started. I think blinds were at 100/200, or 150/300 when the satty ended and I finally got my seat. I realize satellites can run longer with people stalling and what not, but I wouldn't of played the satty had I known I'd be placed between two 40k stacks while I have only 10k. Satties right before the tournament should, or at least normally, are always Hyper turbos to battle that very thing. Just a personal experience though, notes are a much bigger issue.

If someone bets and there is someone in front of you to act there will be options:

[ ] call
[ ] raise to (minraise)

Anyway, if the initial bettor shoves, you select raise, and the second guy folds the bet isn't automatically called.

Sit and Go sort by limit type doesn't get remembered.

I play Omaha sng's and ring. When I'm on sng tab and sort by limit type to "pot limit", if go to ring tab and then back to sng tab, the sng tab doesn't remember to sort by pot limit. It is very annoying to have to re-sort again and again. The multi-table tournament tab remembers the sort but not the sng tab.

To clarify, this is when we are closing the action.

Also: the cashier not involving internet explorer and all the potential security flaws that web browsers bring would be good.

Hey guys, sorry I haven't had too much time lately to be in this thread. We are chugging along with a release that I think is going to address one of the biggest problems our software has.. crashing.

We're doing a couple other small things, like the bet slider using the mousewheel. Quick aside question for you guys:

Should "down" on the mousewheel (towards you / scroll down) increment or decrement your bet?
