What was the answer? The question was why UDollars can NOT be used for rebuys? Is this the case?

I'd rather not try to answer for The Numbers, but he told me U dollars are indeed allowed to pay for rebuys, and it must have been some sort of glitch. I haven't run into the same problem since, however, I haven't tried to rebuy with U dollars since.

He reimbursed me for my troubles, and gave a little extra.

i read on a news release on cardplayer that UP is offering plo cash games here in NJ but i dont see any tables in the lobby. whats the deal?

Playing my first MTT on UP, and either it's just me and I can't navigate around the client well or the software is lacking serveral key features.

- Is there a HH button? If so, where?

- Are you able to make notes on players? If so, how?

- Are you able to enable sounds for player alert actions only? If so, how?

- No synced breaks either? sighhhh

Unfortunately, no, no, no and no. A lot of us have given up asking for these basic features and have moved on.

Yeah pretty much writing UP off, except for the Sunday $20K as the Nj majors have absurd value. UP software is just way behind and is missing several key features outside the client being super outdated. More or less to me it seems as though UP doesn't care about their players enough to have an updated poker client that is simple and easy to navigate around and is user friendly.

This is really a shame tbh given how Ultimate spends so much money on branding with their commercials, ads everywhere, partnerships, sponsorship etc. Spending and investing millions of dollars to help build a brand (even though poker is only part of it) that isn't up to industry standards (poker related) imo.

WSOP, 888, Borgata & Party are leaps and bounds ahead of you guys, the only site you're ahead of is, well, BetFair and that's not saying much as it's clearly a ghost town over there and for obvious reasons.

Their client is outdated just like yours, you guys aren't meeting the GTDs on your MTTs and it's just a matter of time before you're forced to cap losses on MTTs and run $100 GTDs all day. You guys are clearly worried about not meeting your GTDs that you're running a promo geared towards them! "Get your BI back if we meet the GTD". I don't see players getting their BI's back until your update your client, and in turn increasing your player traffic.

I really don't mean to bash you guys, and I hope you don't take it that way. It's just frustrating that you don't care about your players enough to run a decent poker client. You guys are in a great position right now in Nj and it's just slowly slipping away as players are putting their rolls on other sites after seeing yours.

There were a few times last night when I was moved from one table to another during a tournament that I was "sitting out" at the new table and had to press the "sit back in" button to be able to play my hand. One time it was UTG at a 5-handed table on the final table (and money) bubble and it auto-folded my hand right away. I was short and would have been pretty upset if it was a good hand, but luckily it was a folding hand. Anyway, I just wanted to report that in case there is something you can do to fix it. Thanks.

Thanks for the report. You're not the only one to have reported this behaviour and we're trying to track it down.

If you (or anyone else who has experienced this bug) would help us diagnose by sending us your client log files, that would be great.

It's usually located in C:\ProgramData\Ultimate Gaming\Ultimate Poker\TN_LOG.txt

If you can attach this file to an e-mail and send it to playercare@ultimatepoker.com ATTN: Ali, that would be really helpful.

Same goes for everyone else who experiences something strange on the client side.

Sorry about the experience - I promise we're working on these things. :/

Click Start->My Computer. Then in the bar at the top, copy/paste C:\ProgramData\Ultimate Gaming\Ultimate Poker\

The hit enter. That'll take you to where TN_Log is located.

Thanks, Terrence. I looked, but I didn't see that particular file in the Ultimate Gaming folder. In fact, I didn't see any .txt files. I'll look around a little bit more for it when I get home from work and see if I can find it in a stray folder or something. FWIW, it didn't happen to me at all during my session last night.

Are you sure you're looking in C:\ProgramData\Ultimate Gaming and not C:\Program Files\Ultimate Gaming?

You're right. I am talking about "Program Files". I couldn't find a "Program Data" folder, but I only spent a few minutes looking after my session before giving up and going to bed. I'll take a closer look tonight.

It might be hidden depending on how you've got your version of Windows set up. You might have to actually type C:\ProrgramData\ into the bar.

Played a tourny and when we got down to 18 and resat tables I was put in as sitting out. I did not have sit out checked at the previous table so I assume this is a bug. T#19351

Here's one (not sure if it has been reported).

In an MTT, get a geolocation error. close the client and restart (since that seems to be the only way to get it to reverify).

When I log in, before I am verified, my MTT opens up and says I am not in the state, and sits me out. Then I get verified and the option to sit in is gone. I have to close the table and re open it (and it does not tell me I am still sitting out either, figured that one out when it insta folded my hand).

Not sure if that specific one has been reported in this thread, but we're aware of it and tracking it down. It's some sort of error with how our system is handling geolocation requests. Same procedure as above - if you can send the TN_LOG file and the time of incident, we can cross-check it against our game server and see what is actually going on with these.

Currently blinding down in three mtts in nj. Never once had an issue before, and I play 7mtts per night, six nights a week, since December here. Luckily it allowed me to unreg the later tourns. Costed me $50 . Any chance of full or partial refunds for all us affected? Several people had the same issue, as they were blinding out, and they never had any issue before for months either

Couple of requests that may have already been mentioned:

Show the # of rebuys/addons in the tourney lobby.

Show the ante amount on the table screen (currently only shows the current blind level, have to go to the lobby to see the antes)

Change the fonts so 6000 and 8000 don't look alike.
