I have fallen victim to the high card button bug a few times in the last few days. It is hard enough to get games started. It is even less motivating when people sit down and try to angle you a few times by sitting out when they don't get the button or trying to sit in and out a few times heads up. I hope this is fixed in the next update.

Edit: While waiting on synced breaks, maybe major tournaments could start 5 minutes later the next hour so the breaks are at the same times by default. That is one annoyance with the Sunday freerolls. If you are in both you cannot take a break.

also, how about the ability to take notes on players...

it's mind boggling that ultimate can launch a product hoping to compete for a big share of the market, and be around for over 6 months and STILL not have these features.

these should all be priority 1 alpha build features

I reinstalled UP and I notice absolutely no difference in gameplay since your last "update" and it crashed on me 1 tabling lol.

I've only had 2 crashes since installing the new software on Dec. 22nd and I've been playing quite a bit. It seems like the crashing issue has drastically improved.

The action alert on backround tables makes it much more easy to multitable than it used to be. I think the one feature that I would like to see next is a timebank.

I want more avatars. That shouldn't be too tough lol.

How do I see how many rebuys an R&A tournament has or is that on the future feature list?

Rebuys appear to be broken. Playing the 2pm $3 R+A and it refuses to let me rebuy with 2830t.

Going to be a rough start to the BIG TEN series if there are no rebuys...

Just verified the chip count, 17 minutes in 8 players eliminated. There have been zero rebuys. So, it is clearly broken for everybody.

Rebuys as a whole are working. The $3 NL R&A at 2:30 had the rebuy and Add-on functionality turned off by mistake. This will be fixed for the next instance on the 19th

I've been trying out your site again recently and ran into the following 3 defects while playing a cash game:

1. Server busy pop-up that doesn't go away (see image below)
2. I earned a red chip award or something like that, and when the pop-up was displayed, I could not perform any action at my table while the pop-up was still up
3. Inactivity timer logged me out within seconds of folding a hand

For #1, I'm not able to get rid of the pop-up regardless of what I do. Even after logging off the site it still won't go away. I need to start the Task Manager to kill it. This happens every time I log onto you site

For #3, it stated that I was away from my keyboard for 15 minutes and logged me out of the site

Have these issues been reported before, and if so do you expect a fix for them anytime soon?

#1 and #2 are unknown to me. Can you tell me what time/date these events happened? (Approximate is fine, but figure I should ask in case we need to look at client or server logs.)

For #3 - were you actually away for 15 minutes? If so, this behaviour works as designed (even if it is somewhat annoying).

#1 and #2 happened about 7:00 ET tonight. #1 has happened every time I've ever logged in though, which hasn't been a ton, but it happens all the time.

For #3, as mentioned, I folded my hand and was disconnected seconds later. I clicked fold, and literally seconds later the pop-up came up and I was disconnected.

They had a pooled time bank, the less often you use it the more of it you have.

Today I was multitabling 50PLO, during one very frustrating hand- Headsup preflop raised pot I flopped top set and a gutshot straight flush draw. Villian pots flop I repot, no point in slow playing because of preflop aggression. The second I clicked pot that table freezes. My other two tables are fine and acting normally. After waiting for 2 min I had to turn the software off and on. Only to come back and see that he had either stolen the pot on the turn with a bet or repotting all in on the flop. This cost me one massive pot. If I had a pooled time bank I would have had time to restart the software and get back in time to act.

This cost me a very sizeable pot.

I have zero cash in my account but won a few U dollars.

So I joined the $2 R&A $200 GTD [NV], knowing I have an extra bullet to rebuy, and another to add-on.

It doesn't say anywhere that you can't R&A with U dollars, but every time I try, it says, "The rebuy you requested is not available because there are not enough funds in your account."

Now I'm stuck playing this at a huge disadvantage. I would have played something else if I knew this to be the case.

they don't care, that much is obvious

they have had more than ample time to fix this buggy software and have opted to do pretty much nothing

FYI #1 tends to happen when you have a browser with constantly refreshing information in the background. It just means at the exact moment it tried to launch the window, something else was conflicting with it. It happens every once in awhile to me, but it's not a common bug.

Time bank is definitely coming soon, within two releases. Hopefully will be submitted to the labs later this month.
