Last couple nights some new issues have popped up. In the $2k R&A, when the addon period comes the drop-down menu doesn't work. I click it and it doesn't drop down. First night I tried using mouse wheel and it did scroll down to add-on, but when I hit the button, it didn't add-on, it re-bought, so for the same price I got 1000 less chips. The re-buy no add-on shouldn't even be an option, as there would never be any reason for someone to choose it ever, let alone having it as the default option.

I did get around this last night by closing the tournament, re-opening, then hitting the rebuy button, but obviously I shouldn't have to do all of that.

Even worse, I lost all my chips in a R&A last night during the rebuy period and was never given the option to rebuy, I was instantly eliminated from the tournament and could not rejoin. Considering this was part of the Turbo Tuesday promotion, this was especially ridiculous.

Please fix these issues.

Confirmed. This just happened to me in the first 40 minutes of the $5 rebuy. No option given to rebuy after losing chips.

yes, several players have notified us of this issue. I can say we are looking into it as the highest priority, and hope to have more information first thing this week.

We have identified the issue, and created a fix. This should be updated into production by tomorrow morning. Moving forward, rebuys will be presented to players when busting automatically as before.
