At the same time my volume went downhill with lack of game selection at certain times and taking a bunch of time off due to good friends being in town etc

Thx dude, still picturing your face when you runnered that dude at harrahs and won lol

Anyways I'm dying to put money online and play plo, might head to Reno for the weekend to grind live and online.

Played a interesting live hand today at my local card room

2/5 full ring: villain who is buddy of mine opens MP, very good local kid whom I met when I got back from Vegas and played a lot with this month, very capable player, he's easily stuck 300bb+ this sesh but has amazing tilt control and always seems to be in a good mood, although he's been opening very wide this sesh. I'm to his direct left and call w/ATss, B (taggish), and one of the blinds (nitty overplay lady) come alone, flop is AA8cxx, checks to villain who fires 40 / 80, I call, others fold, turn is a 6c, he fires 110, I think for a bit and call, river 7c, he thinks for a bit and fires 210, he's about 600ish behind I cover, I feel like the bet is sort of a thin value/blocker bet, don't think he has a flush too often given flop action but maybe once in a great while, I think for a while and jam, he starts hating life and eventually folds AK face up after some "wow really!?" and "so sick" talk, ship it!

Boat, he bet into 3 other players on flop would be pretty sketchy for me to wind up with flush in this spot

Deposited money on bovada and put in 8k hands/34 hours the past 5 days for some decent volume, doing well overall up $1700ish playing 1/2 zone (my fav), 1/2 nlh/plo 6m, last couple days I've been losing/breaking even, so I updated all my poker software and spending hours going through all my hand histories and looking for leaks and hands I think i've played poorly. I've also been grinding the hell out of runitonce videos, not enough time in the world, I haven't even set up my damn desktop been grinding off of my laptop lol.

Here's a interesting one, I think it's just a cooler but not too sure, hate that he didn't stab flop when he raises turn (puts more nutted hearts in range), super obvious reasons for 3betting this type of hand.

Ah shucks, signs of life from the Jew, and he is a lively one!

Glad to see you feeling better after the "Subway Debacle of '14" and think Vegas may be more pleasant in the wintertime than Sacramento for you. Plus it's Vegas vs. Sacramento

Ran up the bovada roll pretty roll to 5 figs, pretty happy about that.

There's this game I've been going to lately, runs about once a week and plays huge, first time I played it I was in for 6k running like dog **** (booked a W so it's all good). Up like 8k ish in the 3 times I've played it. On my way there now actually, traveling for it sucks, and last night I came back from the weekend in reno and got some really bad food poisoning, puking/dry heaving diarrhea at the same time, accompanied by shivering, I wanted to die, feeling a little better now tho, still haven't eaten much at all but at least I'm up to playing this game

So made it out to tahoe for the circuit, played events 4-5-6-7-8, ran deep in #4 but busted right before day 2, #5 made it through like half the field (so not deep), #6 I busted like 5 before the money so that sucked, #7 got 13th, was pretty disappointing tho because I ran awful and got wrecked in the end for a brutal sequence of events that led to my bustout, but broke the cash seal, and #8 I made it through like 2/3 of the field before busting in ugly fashion, but a standard ugly hand (aren't they all, well most)

I feel my play has been good overall, def good enough to feel fine about it but I do need to tweak my game in certain spots and realize it isn't a cash game and I only have 1 life in each event and avoid what I think are certain small edge preflop spots

Got the $580 and the main left that I'm planning on playing

Oya up money on the trip because of cash games, but a bink would be nice!!!!

Ps: busted amusedlol in the event I cashed

Welp played event #9 (580 Nlh) the wsop-c, was feeling good about my last post and determined to play well, ran into a hand where CO open jams I rejam B w/AK and Sb wakes up with KK crippling me hard, leaving me with 700 in chips @600/1200/200, well by some miracle I turned that **** into a 14th place finish lol, so super proud of that feat, it's one I think I won't be able to replicate anytime soon, if ever lol

When I busted I wasn't at all disappointed about it like I usually am either, pretty cool feeling.

Main time!!
