How to create a 2+2 blog?

Hello, I'm fairly new to poker and a friend told me about 2+2. I've been looking for the 2+2 blog service (I love blogs!), and haven't found it. Can you please tell be how to create a new blog?
Btw, can any experienced player tell me where should I start reading? I've been either told to start reading books, or some forum sections.

As said above, you can start right here. I removed your personal blog link in OP as that is not allowed, but feel free to write here or start one with a new name etc.
As far as where to begin, we have a beginners forum, many strategy forums, news, social sections etc. It depends on what you are looking for. Welcome and good luck.
