I went back to the casino I hate. It seems like a much softer game, pots are generally limped preflop etc... I made a bunch off a 34 hearts straight flush draw. I wound up with the straight and a flush and won about 500 on that hand and the night. Maybe it is a good place to play even with 8 dollar rakes?

tonight I made a few bucks for all my effort and risk. Some high school kids were playing and one made about 1500 bucks on 1/2. I wish I had cash like that when I was in high school! I lost one buyin with a top pair of J witha ace kicker, that kid was slowplaying KK. At the end It started getting wild, one guy was very aggressive and then a maniac joined and it was all kind of stupid stuff like playing blind, prop bets, and nobody allowed in preflop for less than 40 dollars. Stupid maniac asked a lady if she wanted to be nice and check it down or hed go allin, he did and sucked out and then he wouldnt shut up as if he did a smart thing playing that way.

Tough night! I spent like 2 hours of folding and the table wasnt gonna work if I ever did start hitting something so I left. I got a burrito and some beer and went back. Things went better and I was winning a few bucks.\
The call for last hand came and I lost it all on a qq, I was allin preflop and got called by ak and 99. Of course the 9s hit a set, and this guy is an idiot too??? Ill get it back

I lost 3 buyins with pocket J tonight. The 3rd time I had rebought and made back my losses. I hit a fh with Jacks over 4s vs kings fh I probably played it wrong, slowplayed teh flop with my set, was allin on turn with my fh and got sucked out when the king hit the river for a 400 loss. Now my dog just walked up and wont stop biting my hand,- bad night LOL

Last hand of the night for the room I hit a qq, bet 12 pre and got a caller, on flop of 3 rainbow undercards I bet 40 and got raised about 12 bucks to call his allin. He had 66 and river hit him! At least I made a couple hundred bucks and didnt need to rebuy at all.

I have won 4 sessions in a row but still feel in a rut. my poker game really stinks. I chased some idiot out of the room he was so steaming, I called a 15 dollar bet preflop with jj and hit a set on the flop. He bet allin with his pocket aces and then went on a rant when I won, this is the guy who threatened Apache?
I need to drink less at the table and in general.

Things got ugly, real ugly. I had my worst two nights ever in a row. The first night was a t a new home game, I was folding monsters???? I cant explain why but I folded an aa jjj full house with an ace, and folded kk preflop??? I still made money. So the next day I was overbetting top pair top kicker and lost more than ever before in a day- 800.
I took a week off charitables, and lost alot in the home game. But now im on a heater at the charitables, 4 days in a row I profit 300+ at 1-2. If I keep this up I may be profiting lifetime again soon. Im running hot enough that this week I won a top hand of the night bonus one night, I won a raffle for cash and tourney seat. And one night the table decided to juice things up with a 2-7 bonus, I won at showdown with 2 7 the very next hand.

Apache is in heat, I hope no mutts get to her.
On the poker thing, theres a reason I havent been updating the blog- Im losing.
I turned things around at the charitable 1/2, doubled up 6 out of the last 7 sessions for 1500 profit. But the new "juicy" home game im playing is killing me- down 1600+ the past few weeks. I got up for about 5 minutes last week and then my kings ran into aces, and my ace paired ran into a higher 2 pair. --- I hope they arent cheating.
Im playing there tomorrow and Ill report my winnings.

I continue to win at the charitables and casinos- im on a serious heater. But I lose it all at the home game. Im suspecting cheating, Ive seen some very shady shuffles. People will count from the bottom and shuffle the bottom 1/3 or so and then the top gets unshuffled. They do that over and over and its so obvious its a joke, but then they eventually do a shuffle,maybe because they see me looking? I havent seen the deck go into play with that garbagey shuffle, they finish with a good one, but My guess is they are doing a feeler with sloppy mechanics to see if anyone notices b4 a deck gets put in. Lots of money on the table though. I havent hit 2 big hands in a row, im always coolered after a big win. Its bad luck but that shuffling Ive seen looks like some shady business. I almost want to play till I get mine and quit but it gets sick with all the bad beats going on at that place.

I won 185 on sat at the casino 2/5, lost 350 monday at charitable 1/2. Today I got on a great 1/2 table, the guy in my seat left with 1400. I got in and made 860 out of 160. I had good hands and the other people played horrible. A decent reg got put on tilt and preflop he reraised me to 65, I 4bet to 130, he went allin for 170 with ak off on a 1/2 table??? I had pocket aces and they held. Another hand had kk 22 on board with me having a king. I called somones 100+ allin figuring wed chop full houses, the 3rd player goes allin over the top for 50 more= he didnt have anything and thought we both bluffing, we got to share in his money???

On my way home from mking 80 dollars at poker- WOO HOO! The cops were all outside my hood facing the woods with their cars. Like 10 of them, im gonna go stir some shiyt up by walking apache that way, maybe well catch the bad guys.

The charitable was next to home so I showed up around 8pm. I did well on table #1 was up and then even, I won a raffle for 30 bucks! Another raffle came for a wsop main event satellite and, my table was chosen and then we played high card, I just missed it.
I took a break, went home, threw the ball for apache and went back to my 200 stack. One hand later I had 600, the next hand I had 730!!!

I folded kk on a flop of j 8diamonds and a 6 or something. I had bet 10 pre, then 40 on the flop. An older guy instashoved, ive never seen anyone try and shove this fast. I put him on jacks, aces, or flush draw. It was almost 200 to call and there was a tourney seat waiting for me and they were calling me. I dindnt want to lose that and then regret it???
I got 2nd in the sit and go, then went home and walked apache for luck. Then a few minutes later I was lucky again with KK holding up against 2 callers allin. 400 profit on 4 hours at the charitables.

Degen- I lost 300 at craps, I was on dont pass and laid it all on odds witha 5.
Thats after a short, horrible poker session. Pocket kings lost twice, one time I was short and shoved on flop and got called by a flush that drew out. Other time I bet 7 as my standard opening bet, Id only bet a few times all night and I didnt think id get any calls for 12 bux??? The few times Id bet I didnt get more than a caller and it was the least observant guy who didnt notice how little id been opening. I got 4 callers and one hit q 4 on the flop? Then I had 77 and flop came 789, I shoved to try and keep people from chasing a straight- he flopped it.
I went out with pocket 3s, flop came 77A. It was limpy with 6 dollar bets to river and I shoved for 20. She had me pegged, she was slowplaying 7 figuring I was gonna shove with my short stack.

Im lucky in some ways, I was empty stomached and drank b4 the room which is never good. I was bored, its friday night, and the casino is close. So I went short of cash planning on not blowing all this money ive been winning. It worked, I couldve lost well over 1000 with those hands on this table. I only lost 270... It was a limpy 1/2 but I just ran into a brick wall as far as luck. The only thing I may have done is bet more preflop, that may have at least stopped the q4 beat. The rest were cooleres IMO. I wanna get my money back off the craps tables...

COOLERED, at the same casino I get pocket 8s. I bet 12 pre with 1 calller, the flop come 896 rainbow. He calls 20, turn comes with a 9, I have my fh, I have to be good. River comes a 10 and I play weak with a 25 dollar bet, Hes allin and I call. Quad 9's???

Well its been awhile, after the losses at the casino it continued. I lost 465 one night at charitables, and ive taken up bovada and not winning there. Ive been living off my winnings and not taking good track, but im still winning or else id be hitting up atm for day to day expenses- I havent had to withdraw in a couple months. Last night I made a couple hundred but I was playing super tight. Tonight I played tight and just got to a few showdowns which I won and came out a couple hundred ahead-40 an hour aint bad for 1-2 This was a fun game like last night.
Last night everyone on the table had a nickname... I was the guy from the victory auto wreckers commercial (wearing a victory auto shirt and need a haircut) a reg got nicknamed Tom Cruise, an older guy got heisengurg and hed never seen breaking bad- it was fun and I made 150. Tonight was also fun, at the start a few bitches whined about no action and left to start a 2 5 table. 1 hour later they were railbirds watching all the action on our table LOL. Some drunk idiot came from a blackjack table and it was all action from then on. We had 3 milfs on a ladies night out, Neil the idiot, and every pot was multiway. I played bad, couldnt take control with all the callers so I just waited.
The main hands of the night were me flopping a q high flush. The villain bet 20 and I smooth called as did the 3rd player. On turn the villain bet 40 and we both called. On river it was like 2 offsuit to the board. I saw villain counting out chips and was just trying to stay calm on the outside. He bet 85, I spazzed and went allin for about 40 more??? I chased player 3 out who also hit a flush? OOPS!
I hit a couple flushes, and nearly hit a gutter straight flush draw- can I nearly hit that?

I had an ugly night- I won 100 but it was with ace 9, flop was ace, 6,and something. I overbet after getting reraised and I went allin. Villain called with ace 6, and turn was a 9 for a 150 dollar double up. - I dunno about this guy, he seems almost like a cop unless hes just awkward. We met a month ago and I smoked him out outside of a bar, he took my number and then left immediately? Today he kept asking me to sell him weed? Some other guy offered him some and then he was still acting weird and he was asking me if the guy was gonna rip him off??? How does a guy openly ask for weed and then be scared to buy it and try and include bystanders into the deal- I think hes a lame version of a narc cop.

A few minutes later i was reconsidering, the table was full of the 2/5 regs. I stayed and managed a lucky streak, I made a few hundred by betting aggressively when i hit my hands. I barely ever made it to showdown and i dont remember bluffing, just hit alot of hands. Like pocket aces full on the flop, and I bet 40 and got 3 callers! Then I overbet on the turn allin and chased them all away. And two hands later i had aces again! It was fun even if I couldnt get any action.

Well I played bad, I turned 100 into 400, then donked it off. I got stuck to pocket aces, flop had hit a lady with a straight, and the guy I reraised had two pair tha turned to fh. I staked a guy who had lost all his money on his first hand and was moping around- i offered him 100 for 80% of his profits plus my 100 back. He lost most all of it and then went on a heater for 130 profit. I paid him 25 but then he wanted 60? No more staking people for a favor.

Sat. at the charitables- I bought into a $35 multitable tourney with a credit I won. That sucked, the first hand had 2 other players also join the tourney and they went allin the first hand along with another, I folded k 10 hearts and the flop came k 10 something of diamonds, I wouldve won it in the end and started the tourney with the biggest stack. Instead I went out witha pair of 3's a few minutes later- impatience.
On the cash I made money fast, I was playing well and making lots of money without going to showdown. I was up to 850 from 150 buyin when I got sucked out on by a fat russian who I dont like. He had 33 and raised me allin on the turn after id hit trip kings, I called and the river came 3. Then my table shutdown and i moved with a few hands left b4 closing- played 99 like an idiot and when the flop was low cards I called an allin??? He had flopped a straight, the river was a 9. I wouldve lost if id seen the river, but he gave me the chance to fold with only 50 in the pot, Instead I lost 250 more to him witha pair??? stupid on my part.

Well you can guess how things have been going. I could complain about the bad beats, lots of them, but mostly im a drunk. I play the worst poker when im drunk, and im drunk all the time.
I was up from 200 to 1500 a few weeks ago, I lost it all and forget that I was ever up that much until a friend reminded me???
Tonight I had a few side bets going and won too many drinks. I wound up storming off the table up 100 just as the dealer changed because the dealer is an idiot. The roads are like ice, and i have a 300 Horsepower rear wheel drive car. = stuck at home for the night.

Well I still lose too much when im drunk. But for some reason people keep calling me a card shark or something??? Thats annoying because its at 1/2 and I have much higher aspirations.
The poker room is juicy, last week at the 2/5 there was one casing out for around 20,000 and another for 17,000 off 1 500 buyin!!!
I cant afford that 2-5 buyin up to the max table so Im sticking with 1-2. I may take a stab tomorrow and report back...

Fail fail fail. I got into a good 1/2 game. We are infested/ingested by people wanting to get into the juicy 2/5 and stuck on the list.
So many bad players- sunil the guy who cannot let go of any pair. Tom, must be coked up because ive never seen a 55 year old act like that. Joe, plays 1/2 at the casino with an 8 dollar rake and doesnt know thats a high rake. Clarence beaks, he won 1000 for the first time ever in 7 years. And I still cant manage a profit= I must sux
But I have a goal= 2000 profit in one night this week

I got screwed and then went on tilt. Playing 1/2 at the casino, on the river I hit a low flush and opp bet 50 or so. I said "I call" and then a short sentence about me having the low end of the flush so then I pushed a stack of chips.
Dealer immediately said I had raised? The opponent said that I said call, another guy said I said call, and I said I said call. Nobody else had an opinion except the dealer who was adamant that I didnt say call. The other guy showed his higher flush and I called floor. Dealer dealt the next hand instead of waiting for floor and when the hag showed up she said the betting line counts. I left it at that even though the player in 1 seat was arguing for me, I know its no use to argue with a floor decision.
So it cost me 55 extra, but I went on tilt and soon my 700 stack turned to 0. And im pretty sure a verbal declaration trumps a betting line, thats why I do verbally declare every singe bet or call.
